Comfort Inn & Suites

Someone I know stayed at this local comfort inn and explained to me what the manager’s actions were regarding «Freedom of Speech» Apparently one of the Manager’s gave this person a hard time by screaming at her over the phone which to me is belittling a customer. This Manager should be terminated. Due to the right of privacy I will refrain from saying his or her name. In business, the customer is your bread and water. This manager should have handled the situation differently. Yelling.screaming.and using profanity is something that no business operator should do. Needless to say, Freedom of speech in the United States is protected by the first amendment to the United States Constitution and by many state constitutions and state and federal laws. Unilocal is a place where people rate their service. If the service was good then a good rating should be owed. If the service was other, then the proper rating should be recorded. This will protect other people from having similar issues.

We had reserved a King Suite w/​hot-​tub for 2 days, Mexican staff is very rude and most don’t even speak English. no regards for the DO NOT DISTURB sign on door… buffet lady very rude, i guess they dont need to say excuse me, bathroom very slippery, fell in shower… manager did nt even apologize for any inconvenience that we had during our stay there,… Just beware Before you book is all i have to say! Then come to find out, i think due to this review that they insisted i lied about they decided to take it amongst themselves to put a fraudulent charge on my credit card, Really??? How professional is that?

This is a great hotel. Very clean, great hot breakfast in the am. Friendly staff. My bed was comfy, sheets smell like fresh laundry. Pillows in two sizes, cant beat that!

This was one of the nicest hotels my husband and I have every stayed in.
Front desk was very friendly and went out of their way to help us out a few times. They filled up our empty bottle of water with filtered water in the middle of the night so we didn’t have to purchase one.
The room was huge. The bed was probably the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in. They provide soft and firm pillows to choose from. Say what?! The complimentary breakfast was hot and had good variety.
The best part of this hotel was the peace and quiet. I can’t sleep with even the tiniest noise level. Our room was silent. We were even in the room closest to the front desk and next to the computer room and I barely heard a peep. Best sleep I’ve had in a long time. We will always be coming back to this hotel our future trips this direction.

room is huge and clean, price is excellent, hot breakfast included, stay at this hotel as a mid point every time go to upper New York.
