Needed a car battery today. I originally went to a super Walmart but they had a 5 hour wait. I went home & called this store, they said they could get me in in about 45 minutes. Sure enough, Corey got all my information & checked me in. Within minutes my car was in. Donald did a great help job. Changed it out, did a system check & out after in the tires… In & out in less than 30 minutes. Thanks guys.

Good selection, but customer service lacks. The TLE, and sporting goods departments in this store need help. The employees act like they’re doing you a huge favor by selling you tires, or a fishing license etc. ALWAYS check their work. They put the wrong size tires on the front of my vehicle LOL. Then to top it off gave me crap about changing them. Check your paperwork guys. I’ve worked retail, it can suck I know. Taking it out on customers doesn’t help anybody. If this location wasn’t conveniently located, I would never shop there. As far as oil changes, tires, and sporting goods are concerned, I try to steer clear of this one.

I know. It’s Wal-Mart. Not much to expect. But generally I DO expect that the store will be organized like the other stores so that merchandise is easy to find. Instead this Wal-Mart delights in arranging its shop in a way that is not only different, but also just doesn’t make sense. I’d also advise against the auto center. It used to be alright, but now you will simply have to wait for 20 minutes before being helped. Then, when you decide to leave you will find that you cannot get out to the area you parked in without either having the attendant who never showed up let you in or walking around the entire store from the front entrance. I contacted them over this incident, but aside from the nice lady who let me write a note of complaint in the store, no one seems to care. I know. Wal-Mart.
