Dicks is a good store with good people. However, once they get your email you will become barraged with savings opportunities on a daily basis. Worse yet, it is futile to attempt to stop the steady flow of junk. (I’m currently at 5 attempts to unsubscribe). Very frustrating and a waste of electrons.

What’s your sport? They’ve probably got you covered. Baseball? Braun would shop at this place. Basketball? Giannis Antetokounmpo wants his shoes back, you can get your own towards the rear of the store. Golf? Tiger said check to the right when you walk in. Swimming? Phelps might be in trouble so buy an extra suit.
Neat inside with a wide selection of sporting goods. I like that it’s never too busy, always clean & everything is where it’s supposed to be. On the racks or shelves. The store is also organized logically with nice wide isles so you don’t have the cluttered closed-in feeling like at some other sporting good stores. Prices are comparative to the market for this type of store & you can find some good sales if you look. Finding help isn’t a problem & the staff is friendly & attentive. Easy Parking with a large lot to serve you. The location is near other fun places to shop like Costco, Best Buy, Target, Home Depot & the all new Meijer’s.

Located up in Grafton by the Costco with a large private parking lot, you will walk into this mega (sports)-store.
When you walk in there is a golf section off to the right, they have general fitness area in the back-right and sports clothing in the middle. The staff doesn’t really come around to ask questions so you will have to track them down to see if they can answer your question.
It is a chain so they have a loyalty card that can give you some benefits. It isn’t going to be into speciality sports or get the super high end items yet for your run of the mill sports and medium quality this is the place for you.

Bought a basketball hoop at Dicks in Grafton in Mid september. Only reason was that they said they could get it up in a couple weeks. Wanted the kids to be able to use it all through fall. Paid for installtion service through them. by the time installation service got to getting hoop up 5 weeks later… bad parts found. Now waiting two weeks for parts. Missed all of oct basketball for kids. Hoop is still lying half assembled in my driveway with no date in site to finish. Would never buy anything that needs assembly from Dicks. We have bought a lot of stuff from Dicks. probably switch to Burghardts now.

Are there Dicks in Milwaukee? Where’s Dick’s? Go towards Grafton’s Costco and you will see Dick’s…
The deals were so good. For end of season clothing. I came in on Sunday and the line moved very quickly 3 cashiers only had to wait for one other customer.
I got a few great deals. 50% off the lowest price. They have a long guns, no pistols. Ammunition is limited to 3 boxes. The fishing reel selection is very scanty. Plenty of rods, clothes. Btw they also have football on many tvs in the store on Sundays. And fitness equipment.
They verified my credit card which I appreciate.

Id give them one star but it not make it! Dicks is just as the name states DICKS!
I am contacting the state, BBB, and any ratting company this place all be it so be it a full line sports store, but at check out they make you stand in the cattle line up, and again the card to track your purchase a bad bussiness plan!!!
Next after three trips back to get a kid’s back pac at check out wrong price not as the rack said! much higher!
3 trips back, had to re enter cattle line, listen to the canned speach on the card crap!
each time pac was not price stated,
NO UP FRONT MANAGER front end manager !
SO AT CHECK OUT CHECK ALL PRICES!
Id say one year they will be gone, wrong plan! piss poor service, managers were?
I hate when faced racks have merchindise in wrong places due to poor managers, and staff that gives a crap!

Dick’s Sporting Goods Store in Grafton is a great store with awesome customer service! Received a set of free weights as a gift, and we ordered more to complete the set. They were great in locating them for us, and following up once they arrived.
We also purchased a Sole elliptical from them. Great delivery & set up!
