Very nice modern place… but as a guy who works on the road the volume of the music is obnoxious… Too loud. Difficult to have a conversation or make a phone call.

Quick drive thru since there’s two lanes. Good service, always get a smile at the window. Orders are always correct — and the dark roast is made perfectly!

The past few times I’ve been there I either got rude service or my order messed up. One time when I told the girl that she had messed up my order she told me I was wrong and asked if I really wanted her to remake it. Other times I ask for one flavor and they give me another. It looks nicer I just wish the service was better too.

Dunkin is always delicious — very consistent across stores. This location however does a great job of keeping both drive thru line moving.

Winter in Dunkinland!
Seriously it was 67 outside and it felt like –10. My server was down and I needed to use the internet, so my son and I went with our tablets and I must say, I Loved the seating and the USB outlets! Staff was friendly. The only reason it didn’t get five was because we felt like we were in a freezer. why create a nice play for people to hangout only to freeze them out?

Avoid like the plague. They are trying to rebuild this place and it’s taken over 2 years to do. I’ve officially boycotted this place. I’d rather drive 5 additional miles and go to a Dunkins where you do not have to wait in a car line that takes over 15 min to get through and deal with all the construction or better yet the ludicrous walk up window they have in the dead of winter.
Two large gas stations were built (1 now functional in the time of this review) in less than half the time than this stupid place is going up. Not sure I can blame the owner though, you gotta wonder what the hell contractor they decided to use.

If you go to this Dunkin when they are cashing out a register, and you pay with a credit card, they will hold your card for 5+ min while the process completes. Unfortunately they don’t tell you this until after they have taken your card and charged your order to it. This means your only choice is to wait or to leave your purchase which you have probably already paid for. The first time this happened to me I couldn’t believe it. By the 4th time it happened I realized it is time to go somewhere else. I am amazed that this Dunkin is willing to inconvenience it’s customers in this way when at least they could warn customers before taking their card.

I have never reviewed a Dunkin Donuts and likely never will again. But any drivethru with an efficient staff who understands the language I am speaking into the microphone gets five stars in my book. The lines can be long in the morning, but I think it’s only because people understand that it will indeed move, so it’s ok to be in it. Thank you, Grafton Dunkin Donuts, for understanding English and possessing the skill and wherewithal to add dairy and sweetener to mediocre coffee in the ratio I desire.

good service, my only vice. why does the latte lite machine need to be cleaned out only when I order it in the drive thru? i was trying to avoid having to park my car, and walk into starbucks during the snowstorm and I still couldn’t :-(sniff
other than that, great coffee everytime (when I dont’ feel like parkin gmy car in the middle of snow and walking into starbucks. course if I could have starbucks why won’t I?)
Also, very good hashbrowns
