Food was alright for a quick Asian meal. Not that authentic. But what do you expect from fast food type Asian Restuarant.

I was made to wait for 1 hr for my food. People who came after me were served food. After reminding them multiple times that they missed my ticket, they gave the food as take away even though we were dining in. They did not have the courtesy to apologize for their mistake.

I Love Noodles and Company, but this particular location was terrible. I order the Penne Rosa with grilled chicken every time I go into a Noodles and Company restaurant and usually get my food within 5 — 7 minutes fresh and hot, However it took over 25 minutes before I got up to ask them about my order. I thought they somehow skipped me or lost my order in the mix so I went up to ask them and they told me they were backed up. I’m not sure about that because I saw customers come in and order after me and received their food before mine. Immediately after I had approached them they served me my food, but it was cold, like it had been sitting on the counter for a while. Not only was it cold, the pasta was stale and the grilled chicken was pasty looking. It was nothing like the standard that I am used to at other N&C locations. I can understand if they are busy, but I could have gotten my food faster and fresher had I went to an actual sit-down restaurant.

Mac and cheese is good here, but the service is very mixed. If you just want something fast with kids it will do but it’s quite pricy for fast food.

I have never heard of a concept of a noodles & soup place to eat, very unique. I had ordered the pan noodles with chicken and thai soup. The thai soup was definitely surprising as it tasted delicious, but I had wished there were more noodles of course. The pan noodles seemed a tad too salty, but that’s expected of stir-fry…I will come back to check it out again, but will choose the american dishes instead.

Food was served reasonably quick. Restaurant was somewhat clean however quite a few tables were not bussed. The food tasted excellent. Service was above average for a Noodles

This is a great Noodles location — the food is obviously delicious, but I also am always impressed with the very friendly and helpful staff in Grafton. My favorite dishes are the penne rosa and the pesto cavatappi, both with the grilled chicken and a flatbread!

They had me at ‘fresh parmesan. The slogan for this joint should be «We do noodles right!» This place consistently serves fantastic food that’s prepared fresh and surprisingly quick. My standard is the Pasta Frescsa(read: penne pasta with a white wine and balsamic reduction tossed with fresh spinach and ripe roma tomatoes with a few drops of olive oil to top it all off and a sprinkling of fresh parmesan). Goodness, it’sjust too good for words… rumor has it that they have a recipe online for this magnificent cration; if/when I find it I will, obviously, do a review update on it and share the love with all fellow Unilocalers. Until then… happy hunting for sprinklings of fresh parmesan.
