Absolutely the best customer service I have had in a long time. Harry Marquardt waited on me. I had a problem with my phone and he fixed it immediately. He did not make me feel dumb for not knowing this simple fix. He also cleaned up some other stuff I wanted deleted. Everyone was friendly and professional, very very much improved since my last visit. It was a very enjoyable visit and I picked out my Christmas gifts. Wrote my list on the back of Harry’s card!

This store has HORRIBLE customer service. Bought an IPhone 5s and it wouldn’t charge. They had to order a new one but never called to say it was in. I called at 6pm to question why it wasn’t in yet. They said it was and I asked why I didn’t get a call his response was we were busy today. Come on. Really. It takes a minute to call someone and I found the time to call them from my busy job so I don’t buy their story that they were too busy to call us and say it was in. That’s called terrible customer service. I remember now why I get my phones at Best Buy. Maurice at verizon said «we only got one so I it might be gone before you come to get it» Excuse me. It’s a phone that was ordered to replace a phone less then a week old. After I got mad (and a tad mouthy) he said we can hold it a short time if we would have someone come into get it the next day. Here is your sign moron if you would have called us today like you said you would, the phone would have been long gone.

This store offers very poor service. I purchased a car charger with a recent IPHONE 5 and after about 1 month it stopped working. I returned it to Verizon and they replaced it for free. I had the second one for about 3 weeks and it did the same thing. I called the main Verizon and they told me to return to the store for another charger. I did that and the clerk there told me that I could buy another charger but that it was my fault that the charger was not working. She told me that it must have gotten wet and shorted out. The charger is in my car and never out of my car. I have continually gotten a message when I tried to use the charger that it is not an authorized Apple product. I think they are selling sub standard items and not standing behind their product.
