After them having my bike for almost 2 weeks, i talk to someone at the shop and he informs me that he has the bike running well. he does inform me that it COULD use more repair such as cleaning the carburetors and upgrading the starter, but those were not essential at the moment and it was up to me if and when i want to go into further repair. but after his minor repairs his words were, «the bike is road ready.» i get the bike and its worst off than when i took it in. the battery and the starter are completely dead. i called to inform them of this and he interrupts my every word by denying any and all claims he had made about the bike functioning properly. he proceeds by telling me im «crazy» and hanging up on me. it wasnt a huge bill so im just leaving it at that. it was a small price to pay for the knowledge i gained about the way Davis Custom handles their business.
