A water pipe broke under my mother’s manufactured home. I shut off the water and contacted several plumbers in the Graham area; all were willing to help. Straightline was willing to go over in the late evening, but I asked for an early morning appointment the following day. He indicated he’d be able to go over after his first call, around 9:30~10:30, and that he’d call before he went over so I could meet him. No work by 10am, so I drove over and waited until 10:30 to call him. He was delayed and surprised the office hadn’t called. He would finish up the job and give me a call — probably within the next couple of hours. After waiting for an additional 5 hours, I called every 30 minutes, starting at 3:30pm but only got voice mail. Left messages to please call. Haven’t heard a thing. No call, no courtesy, no hire. It’s now after 5pm and I still haven’t heard from Straightline. I rated only 1 star because of the lack of customer service follow through. I have no idea of the quality of work, and don’t plan to find out.
