I signed up for 6 months of tanning but when I signed up the girl that was working was high school age and distracted with a friend that came into tan. No big deal. I signed up, paid, tanned, and figured I would ask questions later. I went back a few days later and asked the lady at the front if they had a stand up bed. She very rudely responded and told me I was told that when I signed up. I explained to her what happened when I signed up and that it was not a big deal but I wasn’t informed. She then asked if I just wanted to end my membership? Wtf? I said you know what? I do! The owner then came up and asked what the issue was I told him. He had the audacity to look at me and ask what does it matter? Wow! This place is awful! There were two moms that were also in there and they met me in the parking lot and said they bought their daughters 100 minutes for tanning but after that they wouldn’t be back.
