Had them out to do some minor carpet stretching and carpet cleaning. Was very disappointed in their work. They failed to correctly stretch and trim the carpet in our bedroom which allowed the wrinkle to come back to the room, plus instead of trimming the carpet they left all the excess next to the wall leaving a visible bulge. They also failed to stretch one room that we asked to have worked on.
Next came the whole house cleaning. Guess I should have expected less given the low cost of $ 150 to do 5 rooms. It was literally a once over with the steam wand. I asked them to deep clean one room due to a pet mess, but to my surprise they didn’t do anything to it. No pretreatment, no odor control, nothing.
The person was more interested in leaving and getting to the next job than doing a good job in my house. I’m sorry, but a whole house cleaning shouldn’t take less than 10 minutes. Will not recommend them or ever have them again.
