We worked with Richard for our entire water system at home. He installed a system under the sink that connects to price water from the refrigerator and one by the sink. His customer service was outstanding, extremely friendly and professional.
The taste of water is extremely important to me and the filter he used provides great clean tasting water!
We also continue to use him to update our filters every so often.
Overall a great company to work with, they deserve the five stars.

Rich was great. I ordered a reverse osmosis system through Amazon and was searching for someone to install and service the system. APEC, manufactures of system I purchased, said I should be able to install it myself and would not give me a referral. I was hesitant to hire a plumber or general handyman and I’m glad I didn’t. Rich knows these systems and had special tools, extra parts and in-​depth knowledge about them. Plus, he comes out yearly to service them. Glad I came across his website. So many others said they would not install the system unless I bought it from them. Rich’s prices are reasonable and his questions for you are clear and straight to the point.

Richard was such a pleasure and so professional. He configured my system over the phone and on the day of install, he had everything, he was prepared and right on time. The finished product was installed with no leaks, instant hot water and an added alkaline filter. I love my new water system! Thank You Richard :)

Drinking Water Los Angeles provided great service. We had an older water system that had not properly been hooked up and I wanted to replace the water filters too. We weren’t sold any products we didn’t need and I was happy with the honesty and knowledge that the service technician informed us about before installing. Thanks again!

My recent experience with Richard from Drinking Water Los Angeles was beyond my expectations. I sent an email late last night and received an answer by the morning, we set up a time for a same day install and Richard was right on time. Richard was very professional and also kind. He installed my APEC water filter system that I bought two months ago and has been sitting in the box ever since then, I didn’t have an existing water-​filter-​faucet hole in my sink so I needed to cut into my tile counter top, that’s why I called a professional and I’m glad I did just that. He did a very good job, he double and tripped things and the job was done right. He explained things well and simple to understand. I will defiantly use Richard’s service again and probably his products next time.

Rich came and installed a counter top reverse osmosis system and a reverse osmosis shower head. I absolutely love my new shower head! it makes such a huge difference. I am also extremely pleased with the counter top unit. I used to own a Brita filter system and was never sure that the filter was actually effective. My drinking water now tastes pure and I can really notice a big difference. The service is also great! Rich was really helpful and he even follows up to make sure that everything is working. He was really patient, polite and very informative. I have recommended his service to all of my friends.
