This had to be the last straw from this spot. Ordered 2 breakfast burritos. Bacon and a chorizo. Oh man I got home opened it up and took a bite and got some mouthful of potatoes lettuce cheese. I couldn’t even taste eggs or the chorizo that I ordered come to find out that there wasn’t any chorizo in my burrito.
I have given them several tries and I really wanted to like this spot cuz it was so convenient and close to my house. I’ve had there crispy taco… gag. I don’t know what everyone else is talking about that there food is great and authentic.
Who the he’ll makes a breakfast burrito with no meat. If you want meat toy have to pay extra which I did mind you. I’m completely done with this spot.

Pretty good food. I have coming here for years and have seen the change in ownership from before. Food quality I still good. Service is not bad. Overall I will still keep eating here every once in a while. The cheese enchilada is really good

I’m doing an average so read the whole review before going:
Reason for 3 stars is because all though their food deserves 5 for everything that I have tried so far their service is far from stellar. So if you don’t mind a half ass encounter with a human taking your order for some pretty good Mexican food then go there.
LOVE LOVE their shredded beef tacos… super yummy, ALMOST can compare to Tito’s and to spare that drive on the 405… yea amazing!
Their soup ((so far only tried their beef)) is DELISH!!! ((only thing is that it doesn’t come with tortillas and they charge extra))
And the tacos. well you can’t really mess up a regular taco.

Been coming here for about 20 years. Great food great prices. Love that they use all white chicken breast which not too many hole in the wall spots do. This really sets them apart for me. Would have gave 5 stars but the portions on the tacos got smaller. Still a favorite though.

The person who took my order was not helpful and obviously put off that I asked if they had al pastor. They didn’t but no points off for that. I ordered chicken tacos and the chicken was in large, bigger than bite size clumps. The onions and cilantro were at least a day old and the tortillas were still pretty raw and crumbly.
Maybe I caught them on a bad day but I’ll never know because I’m not going back.
My advise: Skip this place and go to one of the 1000 other great Mexican food places in the Valley.

Although their soup is good, their service is ridiculous. It is 8:36 PM right this minute. I’m next door at the laundromat washing comforters and I haven’t eaten dinner. They just told me that they close at 9 and they only have tacos and burritos. Seriously, they don’t close for another hour and they will not sell me soup! Their food is not good enough to treat neighborhood customers that way. Leave. There is a taco truck on Devonshire. It’s better anyway.

The last two times the food and service has been horrible. Crispy tacos were soggy, greasy and falling apart, this wasn’t a to go order. The girl taking my order was more interested in texting and had a hard time getting my simple order correct. No manager on site to talk with and was told the owners could care less. The time before I was told we don’t answer our phones if it’s too close to closing. I called 25 minutes before they closed, had time to drive their and place my order. Been a regular customer for 20 years, won’t be back again.

Low rating because of service not necessarily the food. Food is decent. I like their chicken soup. Food handling needs improvement. I tried calling in my order ahead of time it seemed they were busy because I kept getting their answering machine. When I got there, there were 2 customers. So I decided to call again while I was in the restaurant to check if their phone was working. That pendeja pressed a button to send it to the answering machine. LOL. The owner should be notified.

One of my favorite Mexican places in the valley. Their chicken cilantro soup is to die for as well as their carnitas ANYTHING. I prefer the carnitas tacos with cheese. Absolutely love the crispy beef tacos! I haven’t tried anything here that I haven’t liked, yet! Thank you for the conveniently close and delicious Mexican food! Love this place, definitely stop by if in the area!

Ordered 3 burritos and a chicken quesadilla to go, and sat down to wait… 3 spanish speaking customer came in an ordered and had their orders bumped ahead of mine. I got my shitty food 35 minutes later! Ridiculous for food that should take 5 minutes. Would have been okay if if the burritos weren’t TERRIBLE. Dry carne asada, one of them had lettuce, the others didn’t? The quesadilla was good, I WILL NEVER go back. I will just go to Sylmar and get better food for less money.

This is probably the only spot I actually go to only because of how close I am to it. Anyways, it’s a nice restaurant that offers a good variety of food for a decent price.
I always get their wet burritos hands down, fills me up every single time! And for some reason the chile colorado platter is the best hang over remedy.

Wish I could not give a star, service was beyond horrible never again this restaurant should shut down asap! Food was not good at all meat needed flavor chips tasted 2 weeks old sauces needed to be refilled but they are watered down aswell so go figure.

The chicken soup is good for my soul!!! Comes with veges, avocado, and rice. I’ve been eating it for years and honestly, it’s all that I order when I come to dine here. Excellent for a chilly night!!!

Your average Mexican food joint. I have tried the burritos, tacos and nachos. Their meat and quality of ingredients are okay.
If there is one stand out of the bunch it’s their chicken soup (Caldo de pollo). Not too many fast food Mexican joints offer this, but they do.
If you’re nearby and want Mexican this is an okay place.

Got a burrito of carne asada. The meat had no flavor at all. It didn’t even taste like anything. The service was not that great. Chips are dry and don’t like the taste of them. I’m pretty sure I won’t be coming back. Trust me I love burritos so I can taste the difference. Took like 4 bites and threw it to the trash.

Their habanero hot sauce is money!
Usually order the crispy shredded beef taco. The crispy taco is not huge but it’s packed with meat and overflows with lettuce, tomatoes, and cheese.
Never had their burritos but they look big and fat… just how I like em.

DIRTY & DISGUSTING!!! If you are okay with the cashier lady handling your money, emptying out the garbage with her bare hands and then rolling up your burrito, eat here!
We were so disgusted that we told the lady we had a problem with how she was preparing the food and she denied it at first, then acted like she wasn’t doing anything wrong. We will never return!!!

Todays i’m trying to support local small business, so i visited here on Sunday lunchtime i/​o Chi*otle :)
Here was packed, at first i thought that it’s Sunday lunch and small place, but the reason was foods!!!
Foods were amazing! Also price is good!! More than expected!
Especially if you don’t mind garlic taste or garlic lover, i’m totally recommend the shrimp garlic fajita.(frankly i’m not sure this name)
