Modern Mobile Homes

I was referred to Modern Mobile Homes by a mobile home community manager. The staff at Modern Mobile were awesome! When I left a message, they called me back immediately. I really wasn’t familiar with how the whole mobile home thing worked. They explained all of the ins and outs, and after speaking with them, I was totally convinced that it was an affordable option for me. The homes they had available were beautiful! I’m so happy that I found them. If you’re in the market, give them a call, they’ll take care of you.

Great experience. Very helpful & professional staff. We visited several other mobile home companies to no avail. They helped us with everything including getting a loan. Highly recommend good people.

Beware beware beware is all I can say!!! the owner Michelle is dishonest and borders on criminal behavior. Do not sign a contract with them unless you have an attorney review it; she will lock you into a contract without proper protections and a real estate attorney only cost a few hundred dollars to review an offer. Modern mobile homes’s staff could not care less about their listings so if you’re thinking of listing your home I would think twice they won’t work at selling it and when it comes time to present and negotiate offers their lazy and disrespectful attitude toward both clients and customers will prevail. I will be filing a complaint against their license in the next few days. The only reason they are in business is that they take advantage of people who do not have the means to fight back!
