My 88 year old Aunt was here for a month of physical therapy, etc. after a hospitalization. And I couldn’t be more pleased with care or the facility. The staff was great, attentive and got her back on her feet after us almost losing her. I can’t thank them enough. I am thinking she would be just as happy to stay put, telling me the food was good and she was very happy with her room and roommate. They didn’t just leave her laying in bed all day but had her up and about and joining in on the activities. The only reason they didn’t get 5 stars from me was they lost some of her clothing even after I told them not to do her laundry. My bad, I should have put her name on everything regardless.

Wish could give them any lower ratings. Incompetent staff with no care or regards for the patients or visitors. Call them and you are put on hold forever without anyone responding. My mother got discharged and was not even offered any help to walk out of the facility even though she needs assistance. The front staff just keeps staring and gives a look as if they do not care. Do not ever go this facility.

Incompetent from the day we walked in the door. Old facility, uncomfortable. 4 patients share a bathroom. The staff is definately not on top of things over there. I cringed every time I had to walk in that place. Staff is not caring. Nobody answers the phone. If you value your loved one, don’t come here.

The nurses here are wonderful and the CNA’s are so attentive. Great staff all in all.
