In my opinion Ryan Gelfand is an unprofessional, rude jerk. he posted an ad on Craigslist as «Matt» for cactus and over the phone said there were hundreds of different cacti between 2 houses. I went out there and he pointed out a handful behind the fence, one in particular but didn’t want to bring it out to show me I couldn’t see it so he said «here, I’ll throw some rocks at it so you know which one I’m talking about.» Said he’d only let me see it if I was buying. Told me over the phone prices ranged between $ 3 and $ 10 but when I got there said it was $ 20. Word? There were a few plants he had that were cool but he then said that if I wasn’t buying at the moment or even in 2 hours to not bother calling because he has a landscape business (cough, aka growing plants at his parents’ house and selling them), was very busy and was just selling these for the love of it. I’m familiar with sales and pitching — and being a grade A jerk won’t get the deals closed. Maybe if you’re selling something that’s in demand and look halfway decent.
A couple hours after I left he texted «U passed on this wow just got $ 30.» That’s great, dude. Now you can take that $ 30, and buy yourself a new screen for that cracked phone. Don’t false advertise and waste people’s time.

I don’t generally write reviews unless I would like to warn people. Please don’t use this company. First the owner charges for every second he is talking to you. He doesn’t have a plan and you end up doing a lot of work yourself. The owner Ryan also doesn’t listen or have any type of plan. He give you a quote for something and then suddenly it is twice as much. I did my own design work and move most of the rocks in place myself. Also I was short on coverage of rocks for the owner (Ryan) could not tell the guy at the rock yard what square footage needed to be covered. Also my application that Ryan filled out for the rebate was denied. I had to resubmit and start over. I would stay far away from this company.
