Cellular World

Well… my old GoPhone was out of date so I had to get a new one at Cellular World (A T & T) the store in Granbury at 714 E Hwy 377… as soon as you walk in to this BUSY store you are to sign in and wait to be helped. However… as soon as I walked in the smartest most adorable young woman named Nichole Tomlin instantly helped me without waiting. I had to get a new phone with the slide out keypad and was totally lost on how to use it since it had been a trillion years since I had gotten a phone that wasn. t old and out-​dated. Nichole made me feel right at home there with her fast, courteous service and knowledge of all the phones and their functions and it was no time after I got it home that I was breezing through the guide and learning all the phone’s functions like I had owned it for years. It was nice to be helped by such a young professional in that store and she made the entire buying experience as painless as possible. Why cant all persons in retail or sales be as professional and nice and courteous? I will definitely be going back to handle all my phone needs at her store because of her and the way she helped me as a customer. That is something rare in Granbury… thumbs up and five stars for Nichole Tomlin and her staff at the local A T & T store! Bravo!
