My favorite hotel in Granbury. The owner Sam has a very nice establishment and we stay here for a reason! It’s clean, convenient, and the staff is super nice! I’ve stayed here over 20 times and have never had an issue!

OMG! If I could give this a negative rating I would. I was actually making a joke before we went to this hotel that we were going to «get to stay in a 1-star hotel» Well…we actually did not get to stay there because they LOST our reservation during one of the busiest weekends in Granbury(wine walk) and they were completely sold out. The front desk called the owner and said he’d help us call around town but thankfully the hotel directly across the street(which is Unilocal rated almost 5 stars) had ONE room available and saved our weekend! In the future I will go back to the hotel directly across the street but will make ZERO effort to stay at this place. Now I know it’s a 1 – 2 star for a reason!

On first appearance the hotel seems very nice, for the most part the room seemed clean, it had a few damaged light fixtures that could stand to be replaced but no big deal really. Then the first night the A/C was hardly working, went to the front desk to tell them & asked for a fan«which they didn’t have», the lady said to be patient and it’ll cool down. By night three the A/C still wasn’t working good & at 1:30 we woke up to the smell of smoke that was coming from the A/C unit. I went to the front desk and the offered us a fan, «they magically found one» eventually he gave us a room next door because the smell was so bad, but told us we didn’t have to move everything because we had 2 children that were woken up. The next morning we got a phone call from the supposed managed Sandy Bolwin(I have a hard time believing she’s a manager as poor as she was at customer service) she called and demanded to know why we were in two separate rooms, I told her the situation from early that morning & she basically called me a lair and said they don’t give people two room they only switch rooms. She was not understand & very rude, and never even offered us an apology. Long story to say I will never stay there again, the rooms are nice, breakfast is mediocre, the cleaning ladies were held less than friendly, everyone at the front desk was nice except Sandy Bolwin«supposed manager that had her boy friend up front basically every time we went by the front counter». #comfortsuites

My stay at this hotel was lovely. The room was clean and comfortable, the front desk person, Stephen, was busy but attentive to our needs and the breakfast was yummy. I was in Granbury for my granddaughters first birthday. I would recommend this hotel.

The room was ok, but the front desk agent was so rude, we packed up and left, their pool had so much chlorine in it our eyes were burning, and was so strong it took my breath away. Def not booking here ever again.

Not impressed with this hotel! The bathroom curtain had mold on it, the pillows were lumpy and not comfortable at all! There was a bug under the covers! I have to say the rate was decent and the room was clean other than the above mentioned items. I’ve stayed at other Comfort Suites and they definitely were much better, this is apparently an older hotel and the bedding needs to be updated along with the huge boxed televisions! I’m only giving 3 stars because I can’t give 2.5.
