Service was lousy didn’t even know what they were making took forever to get then had to hunt it down wrong food three times not very well organized, threw food on dirty tray no liner wasn’t even what we ordered would not recommend

At lunch today, I ordered a burger, fries & coke. The food was served in about one minute, so obviously it was not freshly prepared. The burger patty was very small, cold, dry & overcooked. The bun tasted like rubber. Except for the mediocre fries, this would have been a complete waste.

Love the dilly bar! Ice cream sandwich, Belt Buster and Dr.Pepper. Food came out hot and fresh and quick. Dairy Queen is better than Burger King. Good soft ice cream in the cone. The kids love to come here and munch it all down ! Especially their french fries and catchup

I was so excited for Dairy Queen to come back to Granbury. Now I’m wondering why. Not one time have I visited this location and my order been right. Tonight I ordered two steak finger baskets, one with fries, one with onion rings. When I got home one box had onion rings, fries, bread, and gravy in it. How do you forget the meat? I took the «meal» back, first time I’ve ever taken back an order that was wrong, I usually just deal with it. I spoke with a «manager» that offered to make it right. I asked her to re-​do both meals but she refused. I asked for my money back, which she did refund my total. I am not happy. I wanted what I ordered. Not to have to make two trips and still have no food. Disappointed once again. If you drive through you better check your order.

They’re open! We’ve had two different DQ’s here as far back as I can remember but it seems like it’s been 10 years since the last one closed. Glad to finally get my dipped cone! It’s going to take a while for the crowd to die down.
