Pastafina is a very nice place to eat, the owners are great people. They care about the food and service. I would recommend this place to everyone.

Solid restaurant. This is the best Italian food in Granbury. The pizza is really good and I definitely recommend their Greek salad. The service is great and everything I’ve had there was awesome!

Atmosphere is nice, food is decent. I didn’t like the automatic tip added to my bill! A tip is voluntary and given for good service, not demanded or simply taken. TACKYGUYS. Earn your tips don’t take them.

Well after waiting about 7 minutes with the hostess standing right in front of me, looking directly at me, she finally asked if she could help me. After that they seated us at our table and we sat there for 20 minutes before anyone brought us water or bread or even asked us if we needed anything and that was after we told somebody that we were sitting there. When our food arrived it was pretty bland. not impressed. I also brought 2 bottles of wine with us. They would not let us drink the wine nor would they open the wine for us they said it was against their policy. Completely ridiculous. As we finished our dinner, they handed us the bill. Never asked us if we wanted dessert or anything else or how our meal was. Lucky for them they didn’t ask because I would have told him exactly how I felt. one plus about this place was I got out of there for a hundred bucks for 6 people. Which I’m still kind of confused about because really I paid a hundred bucks for what. Horrible service. Bland food. Very inpersonable. I would highly recommend you don’t go here. save your money save your time. worst meal I’ve had in Granbury. One last detail, the worst wine list I have ever seen at a restaurant. The most expensive glass of wine was $ 7. Completely disgusting wine.

Always excellent food and service, best Italian in all of Granbury! Prices are great. I recommend the salad with the house dressing! You’ll love it here!

Great atmosphere! Great service The first time I went here it was in another town and I wasn’t to impressed so after moving to granbury it took awhile to go back. We went back this weekend and I was very impressed. The food was great, my two kids ate which is rare at restaurants and it was great service. If you are in granbury and want good Italian that’s not expensive this is a great place.

Worth a trip! The décor and atmosphere is very nice. Typical appetizers we tried the fried zucchini. The house dressing tastes like sweet pickles but with tomatoes. I ordered the fettuccine carbonara which was bland and lacking real flavor from both the Alfredo sauce and the prosciutto. My husband ordered the New York strip which was delicious tender and the red wine sauce was very flavorful rich and deep. The tiramisu we were told was house made and at first glance the blue berries was off setting but they are a great compliment would have never thought since I am not a big blue berry fan. Will return soon.

This is one of the best Italian restaurants I have ever tried. In addition to having extraordinarily delicious food, the staff is efficient & friendly, and the service is very fast. Plus, they are gluten free friendly & will prepare gf pasta is you bring it.

We enjoy Pastafina, and come here about every-other-month. It’s predictably good, and have rarely found issue with any of the dishes served. There are a great variety of dishes on the menu — from pastas, to chicken, to veal, pizza, and even seafood. Made to order, and very fresh. Sauces are rich(cream), and quite savory(tomato-based). Most meals are served with a salad, and the tomato vinaigrette(house) is awesome. Fresh made bread is a favorite, and served with packets of REAL butter(not margarine). Occasionally, as with many restaurants in Granbury, they have a zeal for the use of salt added to dishes… especially any of the seafood items. Take care, and unless you’re a true salt fan, ask them to not add any salt. I’ve made a habit of doing this now, and haven’t had to send food back in quite a while. Pizzas are delicious, and made to order. You can even get most of them by the slice. The Pasta Sampler is a fave, and the rich and gooey goodness of the mozzarella and tomato sauce is pure heaven! Service is always good, and they train their waitstaff well. Never had an issue at all. Full bar and great wine selection for those who drink(I don’t), and a wide variety of appetizers to prep your palate before the meal.

Went to Pastafina last week while visiting a friend in Granbury. The food was very good — we just had salads, so can’t comment on other dishes. Would definitely go back and try some other things if I am i the area. Spoke with the manager about the service we received. Our waiter was absolutely terrible, sort of threw the food at us, and didn’t seem to know what he was doing. Manager said he would definitely take our comments to heart and make changes. We were not the only people complaining in the restaurant about this particular waiter. It’s terrible to have a nice restaurant and have a waiter ruin the experience for guests.

I was(pleasantly) surprised by Pastafina — they have pretty decent Italian food that I did not expect to get in Granbury. Don’t expect overly authentic seafood dishes or items that you’d see in a more authentic restaurant — this is Italian-American. But it’s solid, with fresh ingredients and well-seasoned items. Also, the décor is really pretty.

I’ve eaten here several times(5) and find it pretty good. I really like the salad with nicks dressing, an evo, lemon and crushed galic concoction that’s for garlic lovers. Don’t think is on the menu but ask for it. Pizza is very good, lasagna is good and Alfredo is very good. Family owned.

Pastafina is our go to Italian place in Granbury. The food is always consistent and extremely tasty. My favorite dishes include: Tortellini Michelangelo and the Nick’s Salad with grilled chicken. They serve complimentary bread and we always order a side of garlic and oil to dip it in.

The Pastafina’s Veal Albanese is the standard that I hold all Italian restaurants to. This is the restaurant that we reserve for our first and last dinner out when we get down to Granbury. The service has slipped a little since our first visit a few years back and the portions may be a little smaller, but the quality of the food is as good as the first time we were there. They happily provide spaghetti instead of linguine and a cold salad bowl for a shared salad. Wish they would correct the«articchokes» misspelling on the menu :-)

As a business owner, I frequently cater lunches to my clients — I phoned this establishment in dire need of a quick lunch, and my courteous server came through fabulously! It was apparent that he took extra time in meeting all of my needs — and my clients adored the food served. I have not eaten at this restaurant, in person; but judging by the service I received, and the look of the food — I cant wait to try it!

I chose this place based on Unilocal reviews… the only thing my party could think of is that the people that eat here and write Unilocal reviews must be starving because that always makes the food taste better. To start the service wasn’t good. Our server seemed nice at first but when we asked for unsweetened tea we were given sweet tea and when we told our server and she removed it she never brought any unsweetened tea back. We had to hunt down another server and ask her for something to drink. Two of us ordered pizza. I ordered the veggie pizza and half of the veggies I requested weren’t on there. Jalapenos being one and when I asked for jalapenos her response was«so, you want a „side“ of jalapenos» — um… no…I just want the jalapenos that were suppose to be on my pizza in the first place(I didn’t say that outloud :) — internal monologue!) When I asked my friend his pizza was, he gave it a 2.5 stars out of 5 and I think he was being nice. The dough was not good at all. The pizza was bland. My other friend got the chicken alfredo and he said it was edible at best. On our way to our destination we drove by Joe’s Pasta and Pizza and thought we should have eaten there instead just because it looked so pretty from the outside. The Unilocal reviews aren’t as high but I’d rather take my chances than to eat at Pastafina again!

Stopped in for lunch last Sunday. Thuy and dad like their pasta(Thuy had a veal pasta, dad had something with shrimp). I had a personal pizza and did not like it(pizza was OK last time I had it). So either the personal pizzas are prepared differently from the larger versions, or I’m just not thrilled for Pastafina’s pies anymore(or they changed the recipe). Point is we’ll be back for pasta, and not for pizza. The full bar still earns Pastafina bonus points.
