One of the better sandwich chains in town. Their bread is sooo much better than Subway’s! And the service is quick. Their drive through is also one of the fastest in town. Great food!

It’s always a risk getting take out from any restaurant. There is usually something wrong with the order. Ordered 2 medium sandwiches and a kids meal. One of the mediums was a small. Didn’t have any of the kids meal items except the sandwich. The cashier didn’t give us our change. It was only .46. She had to ask for the receipt to try and figure out the change. She ended up trying to use the calculator on her phone. She still couldn’t figure it out. She ended up giving me .41 back. She said it’s probably more than its supposed to be, but it was actually .05 short. It’s only a nickel, but that should’ve been my first clue that the order probably wouldn’t be right. I can’t believe a restaurant would hire someone, who can’t count change, to run a register. The food that we did get, tasted good.

Best Nicest Restaurant in Town! I remember from last year they were already closed but they still made me a sandwich! Yesterday we wanted to swap debit cards so they happily refunded one and charged the other. Today they totally blessed us:)

This place is great. Would give it a higher rating if service was always great but food is always great! Place is always clean and restrooms are always clean!

If I had never eaten at a Schlotsky’s before I probably wouldn’t go back. In comparison to the ones I have eaten at in Austin and San Antonio this place leaves a lot to be desired. It was after 1:00 pm when we were there so not busy. Maybe three other tables occupied. The dining area was a mess, tables needed to be wiped down, floor swept. It took several minutes for someone to come to the register to take our order. The sandwiches were very skimpy, again I am comparing to the other locations I have been to. The manager and employees stood around talking during down time about what a great easy day it had been. We ate there as did a few others that came in after us each person wiping of their own tables. I’m guessing just poor management of a normally good place to eat. I can see why they are so far down in the rankings of local places to eat.

Schlotzsky’s is one of my favorite sandwich shops because everything is fresh and they bake their sandwiches. I usually get the original because it reminds me of a muffaletta. I always get the jalapeño bread and sprinkle some Louisiana Hot Sauce on it with some jalapeño chips. My wife usually gets the Albuquerque turkey. It’s so hard to leave without getting a Cinnabon cinnamon roll.

I like Schlotzsky’s original sandwich… but I’m not liking the service at our local shop. For example, today I ordered a salad(no cooking!) and a tea at the window and was asked to pull to the end of the driveway and wait. Well, I’d already paid and I needed my lunch, so wait I did. And I waited some more and continued to wait for TWELVE minutes for a salad. There wasn’t a customer behind me and it was 1 pm. The parking lot wasn’t full, so why did I have to wait so long for an overpriced, underwhelming salad? It’s fast food. Can’t it come quickly?
