Loved this shop… there were a lot of things I’d like to purchase here but one thing that caught my eye were the different canned products that are made in granbury… I got a hand milled garden basil and sun dried tomato salt I’m anxious to try. will post picture. lots more to look at but can’t post all here… definitely check it out.

As someone who doesn’t do much cooking, I mostly stared in wonder at the wide variety of kitchen supplies. Some things I didn’t even know existed before perusing The Pan Handle. The thing that brought me back again, however, is there great selection of coffee beans. Whether you like traditional coffees or unique flavors, they offer a huge variety of whole beans. A friendly employee is always there to help if you would like your coffee ground. One truly exceptional feature is that they keep the coffee you purchase on file, so you don’t have to worry about forgetting which kind you’ve tried. Plus they offer free coffee after purchasing 10 lbs.

Esssspensive! But for the modern cook who has to have everything, this store is a must-have haven. It’s broken down into sections and«themes» so everything is easy to find. Need a bamboo mat to roll your sushi? Check the Asian section. How about the brownie pan that bakes with all crispy edges? Check the baking section. How about a tool that grabs items that fall into your garbage disposal(eww)? Check the random tools section, which also includes a wall of dish brushes/sponges and egg, fruit and bar tools. Other sections worth noting include tea/coffee, salt/pepper shakers, grilling, coffee(including fresh-ground unique flavors by bulk), cookbooks, locally made jarred sauces/salsa and loads of pots and pans from fancy lines like Le Creuset. Bring your checkbook and an open mind, and DON’T gawk at the total price at the register. It’s going to be high.
