I was very disappointed that I could not leave package and arrange pickup for UPS. I went to Fedex/Pack and mail in Stephenville and no problem. I guess Fedex has better customer service or the people working there did not know what to do???

Very helpful service. They are open longer than USPS, and can ship USPS. Cool! I use them for both UPS and USPS. Their pack and ship service is extremely expensive, though, so be sure to ask for some sort of estimate before dropping something off, unless money isn’t an object. Great service!

Dropped a pre-paid package off. The label wouldn’t scan. They said they couldn’t take it if it didn’t scan, then suggested I forward the e-mail with the prepaid label to them. I did, they printed it, then said«that will be $ 2.11». Now let me see if I get this right: UPS has been pre-paid to ship a package and wants me to print the label using my paper and my ink and my printer. If the label doesn’t print perfectly for their scanner to pick up the scan, they charge me $ 2 to print a label for me so I can ship a package that has already been paid for. VERY poor customer service. And the office manager was rude, barking orders at the clerk…“she’ this and«she» that, while I’m standing right there. Hostile environment. Worse UPS store I have ever seen. I will drive to Fort Worth if I ever have to use a UPS store again.

Stopped in to get some legal documents notarized and was very impressed by their service. The two ladies working the counter went out of their way to help me witness and notarize the signing of my document. I’m very thankful for their help.
