Hannah at the drive though window is rude and needs to have better customer skills. A smile, a thank you or have a nice day. You are in Customer service and the face of your restaurant. Represent it better!

I came in the drive thru with my friend to get a quick iced coffee and breakfast sandwiches. I was expecting the usual dunks food, but what I got was a bag of cold breakfast food. Both of our sandwiches were COMPLETELY cold, like they’d just come out of the fridge. To top it off, they also messed up our coffee order. Putting that chilly egg sandwich into my mouth when I was expecting to get something at least lukewarm was one of the most disappointing moments. That’s why I’m writing this review. I’m still upset about it.

Like the person below me stated, dunkin donuts is dunkin donuts. There aren’t many differences between locations. They’ve gotten my order wrong quite a few times, and they really need a better drive-through. Staff is nice though.

Dunks is dunks. Your service & quality of food depends on the employees. So my bagel was nicely toasted with just the right amount of cream cheese & my coffee was hot. The employees were friendly & quick. Tried the brown sugar cinnamon latte which was just too sweet for me. Spring season finds me in the South Hadley area every weekend & this will probably be the Dunks of choice.
