GKD was very easy to work with and Greg (owner) was very professional and courteous. Greg worked on both a PC and laptop for me and turned around all services, including ordering parts, in about a week. Greg also took the time to explain what was wrong with the computers, how they were fixed, and provided suggestions to optimize performance of the computers. All in all it was an awesome experience working with GKD. Highly recommend!

GKD was awesome and so easy to work with, he responded to my inquiry same day, scheduled to pick my laptop up within a day from that and we had our laptop fixed and returned in two days from that. I would never use the services of a retail chain again, GKD’s service was personalized and the results were what we hoped for. Thank you GKD!
