Delicious and reasonably priced sandwich place for the mountains. The bread is fresh, crunchy and soft. The Philly cheese steak and turkey club are both on point! Friendly fast service, can’t really ask for much else!

Positives 1. It’s a great place to get an inexpensive burger. The bun was fantastic and it came with two hamburger patties. 2. They were busy but my order came out fast. 3. The folks running the joint were polite and attentive. 4. The sandwich menu was pretty extensive. Drawbacks 1. Don’t expect an exception burger. I’d give it a 6.5 out of 10, but that’s what I was expecting. 2. Seating is limited. Still, it was a busy holiday weekend and there seemed to be plenty of room.

Munchies doesn’t look like much on the outside, but don’t let that fool you. It is a good little sandwich place. The three inch sandwich was more like a six inch. The six inch was more like a ten inch. The mama’s sauce is like an Italian dressing and delicious on the turkey. Yum!

This is a good place to eat if you’re passing through town or on a budget. It’s much like eating at a Dairy Queen without the ice cream. Fare prices, friendly staff, and clean. I sat inside and ordered a burger and fries for $ 7 Bucks, can’t beat the pricing. Both of the frozen variety and still not bad. I can’t speak for the sandwiches but I will say that by size of the crowd that eats here they must be doing something right. If you want a hand crafted burger, a sit down and order kind of a place head to Mavericks a few blocks up. 5 Stars? I don’t think so. Good food when traveling through? You bet!

I was so happy when Mad Munchies reopened early this year. As far a lunch goes, it is unbeatable, within 50 miles. I order something different every time I go and have literally never been disappointed. The prices are fair and the sandwiches are huge. The pastrami might be my favorite though.
