I’ve simply never had a bad meal ever there at Aubree’s! Fabulous brunch on Sundays, with a great bar area and great seating inside or outside during the season. Again, I’ve NEVER had bad Food or Service there! Bravo! Looking forward to our next visit there.

Have been thee 3 times. Every time something goes wrong. Salads are forgotten; wrong entre; or raw/burned. I give up on them. Other places get their act together within a few months. Not Aubree’s. Servers are rude…(«I’ve got other customers too.»). Food is just average. There is a lot less frustration going elsewhere. A disappointment.

Absolute worst pizza and breadsticks i have ever had. the breadsticks were literally air pockets with a shell, huge waste of money and the service was terrible

This place is great! The pizza is delicious and just the way I like it(lots of cheese and sauce.) The beer is oh so cold and is probably some of the best beer my fiancé and I have found in the area. It’s so hard to find a place that has super cold beer, but this is that place! Unlike some of the other previous reviews, we have never had a service problem here(and we’ve been at least 3 times.) The waitresses that we’ve had have been attentive and helpful. The last woman we had was fantastic. We had limited time(as my fiancé worked a midnight) and she had our to-go order ready right when we were and got us in and out of there quickly. This place is just really cool. We’ve found that it’s a nice place to chill and have a beer while enjoying the TVs that they have on the table. I would highly recommend this pizza place for dine in!

Went there for my first time today and I was not impressed at all. The pizza was undercooked and extemely greasy.

Katie was very personable, smart & attentive — walked us through specials, refilled drinks before asking. We’d just had a rough experience at another restaurant, and she made our day! The food rocked… I had a BAT sandwich, hubby had a burger. We will be back… if we could figure out how to change the channel on our table’s TV, we’d have stayed longer ;)

Last night was my third time coming to Aubree’s. Every other time I’ve had good service and good food/drinks. So, this is not a consistent complaint, but this was a problem. I took my parents out to eat, they don’t get out a ton and it was supposed to be a nice night out. It was a Tuesday, and the restaurant was not busy at all, so it seemed like the night would go off without a hitch — wrong. From the second our waitress came to our table she seemed annoyed and rushed. She didn’t seem like she wanted to be at our table at all. We ordered drinks, and since my parents had never been there(and are older) they needed extra time to review the menu. She came over and checked on us once and I asked for a couple more minutes. She came back 15 minutes later, after we had all drank one round of our drinks and someone else had brought us a refill. Then we ordered, again, she was not pleasant at all. Then we waited for our appetizer(cheese bread) for another 20 minutes. This was just absurd, the place was so empty and it wasn’t like we ordered a steak appetizer. We didn’t see her again until she brought the food out. Our drinks were empty again. We got our food immediately after we got our appetizer, so that was a wasted $ 8 on something we didn’t need. The food was good– no complaints there. Once we were done she gave me the bill and stood there and looked at me like I was going to pay her right that second. She waited a moment and then said«I’ll take that up whenever you’re ready».and walked away. I put my card in the check holder and she immediately came back and cashed me out. The most pleasant she was, was when she said goodbye to us. I can just say, I have been a waitress and I know how stressful things can get and if they had been busy or if we had been rude or impatient guests –I would have been more understanding. If she was in a hurry to leave(which it was not the end of the day so I don’t think her shift was over).she should have given the table to someone else instead of messing up our experience. Side note — food was really good though, not trying to be a jerk. Maybe just address this with the staff that was working last night, that they need to be aware of how they make the guests feel.

Come on, Aubrees… It really doesn’t matter how good for food is, the fact that something goes wrong at least 50% of our visits over the last year and a half is just disturbing. I am guessing that by the start of my review that you can guess there has been yet another thing had been screwed up with this visit. Our waitress was nice and friendly but clearly has not been informed about the menu, food, gift card promotion, rewards or anything else. I asked to purchase a couple gift cards and I asked about the gift card bonus– in the past, you had to use your rewards card to put the bonus amount on that(btw, in the past we purchased $ 350 in gift cards to give to nieces, nephews and friends and never got a single bonus for Hubby and I to use on ourselves as the promotion clearly stated). We were told we would get actual gift cards– I was happy to think they learned from previous mishaps like we experienced. We ordered our food without an issue. Parents were thrilled with the buffet. Hubby and I loved our pepperoni pizza with the amazing crust. Our waitress informed us they didn’t «carry» spicy sauce(which is fine but other locations throw some pepper flakes on the pizza before baking but we were assured they couldn’t do that either). We ate and chatted and enjoyed our time together :-) When the bill came hubby and I grabbed it, knowing we had at least one free lunch buffet on our rewards card that we have been racking up points on since 2012(and we already maxed out our rewards card and haven’t used them). I gave the waitress two gift cards that we got for Christmas and then put our rewards card on top of the pile. When she came back, she told us she didn’t need to use our«third» gift card, which was our rewards card. … so she never swiped our rewards to get the free buffet. Apparently, she got some help trying to figure out how many points until our next«reward» but since she never swiped our card on that transaction, we could not use the reward that has been earned. Nor would we earn our points for this dining experience. I am sorry, Aubrees… but are you kidding me? I have been to most of your locations trying to find one that can actually get something right… and this location, which is 40 minutes away from my house, still jacks things up… I can’t help but lose interest and feel so completely irritated that as a corporation you cannot figure out how to honor rewards cards. Overall, this experience is completely disappointing… we have been very loyal customers since 2009, visiting at least once a week until we started experiencing this severe disappointment. On this trip, the disappointment continues.

In terms of pizza, it’s better than most other pizza places in the Grand Blanc area. Toppings are generous, not sparse, and the crust is really good, not too thin or too doughy, both of which I hate. The cheese bread is unbelievable, it’s totally addictive. I tried the burgers only once, but I did send mine back, it was just way underdone. The problem was corrected, however it’s a drag to send anything back to be remade, but made an exception because it was just plain too raw to eat. When it’s oozing blood, that is just wrong. The waitress was very nice about it and apologetic even though it was not her fault in any way that it wasn’t cooked properly. In the future, I might want to stick to pizza and breadsticks and skip the burgers.

Great restaurant, food is unique and with great changing specials that make it worthwhile to come back. Love the little tvs at booths that make it relaxing with family. Staff is fast and friendly, food is a little expensive but worth it. The local pics of Grand Blancs sporting events are a great touch and this is a great business to see pump some life into town

Stopped in here tonight with a group for dinner. Our server was attentive and courteous. We ordered the smokehouse Mac and cheese with a side of Brussels sprouts, a personal size Sicilian pizza, the chicken Tandoori pizza and the Brussels sprout and kale salad. You can order your choice of pizza crust and type of crust topping. The ambience was fairly loud and busy, the lighting is bright and there are TV screens throughout. The entrée cost is about $ 10 – 15 each. I enjoyed the pizza, and everyone at the table liked their entrees. I would return and recommend it for casual dining.

I drive by this place every-single-day and finally stopped in. I’m kicking myself that I didn’t get the pizza tho. dang it! My friends said it was delicious. They got the Mighty Mighty Meat: stacks of crumbled bacon, spicy pepperoni, ham, Italian sausage and ground beef with pizza sauce and five cheese blend. It was meaty and looked freaking amazing! I ended up getting the Chicken Pad Thai Nachos: crispy wonton chips layered with fire braised chicken thighs, five cheese blend and tandoori sauce and topped with shredded multi-color organic carrots, green onions, cilantro leaves and peanut sauce. This completely met my expectations and I would definitely order it again. The staff was great/friendly and I had an enjoyable experience here. Must get pizza next time!

OMG– their Shaved Brussels Sprout Salad w/f. f raspberry vinaigrette is one of the best things I’ve eaten in a long time– I scoffed at it when I first read through the menu but then decided to throw caution to the wind– so happy I did! I will go back to Aubree’s the next time I’m in Grand Blanc and order this w/o hesitation! Service was fine, they have a lot of tvs, the others enjoyed their pizzas, burger, fish and chips.

The general Flint area, in my opinion, is a wasteland when it comes to pizza. This area obsession with thin crusts and toppings that are chopped down to unrecognizable oblivion(I’m looking at you places with tiny, cube chopped green pepper). It gets annoying at times. I can’t speak for anything else, besides the pizza(which is really all it should be judged by, given the namesake [and, face it, the rest of the menu exists solely for picky suburban lady winos who haven’t blown their recent fad diet quite yet]), but that was pretty dang exciting. We said«yes» to a confab of green pepper, sun-dried tomatoes, red onion, and red pepper on a garlic flavored crust deep dish, and it said«yes» back to our taste buds and bellies. This is now a confirmed spot of sanctuary in this pizza hell we know of as Genesee County.

Been here twice now, one when the hype was new and it was a challenge to find a seat and another time with just the Bridfe and I on a recent Thruday night; both were solid experiences. As my check-ins and reviews would indicate, I am a creature of culinary habit when at home and value consistency over the novel and unique, so it took a bit to break the Coney routine and give this place a try. The décor is modern, the TVs at most of the booths are a good distraction for familes with kids(or dates that aren’t going that well, or married people that have just run out of things to talk about) and the place has an open and clean feel to it. The bar has a good vibe to it and adds seating options that make it feel like part of the footprint rather than a different dining space. Very well put together. Now on to the food. B.A.T Grilled Cheese: Great Sandwich butr know what you are getting; the boursin cheese is a novel approach and served in sufficient quantity as to be the focal point of the sandwich which somewhat overpowers the remaining ingredients. If you are thinking ‘grilled cheese’; this is probably not a great choice, but it you know what you are ordering here, this is a fantastic sandwich! Highly recommend the sauteed brussel sprouts and kale as a side; this is an amazing little dish, which brings us to. Shaved Brussel Sprout Salad: In case you haven’t noticed, Brussel Sprouts have moved forward from the boiled scourge of unpleassant childhood memories to a bona-fide foodie dream(especualli when paired with bacon!!!). Anyway, the salad is crips and it combines flavors and textures well so that there is a pleasant balance with a moderate amount of the lemon dijon dressing Ultimate Feta Bread: This, paired with a salad or soup is a great meal all by itself. Excelent take on a flatbread appetizer which, like most other dishes here, is well prepared and well balanced in flavor. A must have! The service was much better the most recent visit(non-weekend and non-opening month rush) and I suspect that this is more representative of the standard level of service. All in all a solid addition to the growing Grand Blanc restaurant scene.

Been here a few times. Never a bad experience and service is always good. I’m just not found of the food. It is mediocre and all is fatty. I come in for the feta bread appetizer. It is amazing!

I really enjoyed the thin crust pizza! It was well done but not burned, which is exactly how I like my pizza. It just as good as Luigi’s or Sicily’s. They have a buffet which is a good deal for 8.99, but it didn’t have the thin crust pizza on it. That’s why we got a pizza instead. There’s also a good selection of MI beers. The booths have individual TVs, so it’s a good place to watch the Lions.

I’ve only been to Aubree’s once, and thankfully the service was fast and pleasant. I think they may have ironed out some of the initial kinks that I was reading about in previous reviews… or we were just lucky! Four people total were in our party, and we all decided to split one of their specialty pizzas as a light lunch. The Tuscan Sun came out within a reasonable amount of time, and it was piping hot and ready to devour. The topping combination was top notch, with plenty of spinach, feta, sun-dried tomatoes & artichoke hearts. The crust and sauce didn’t really stand out to me, but have no complaints about either. I’d be curious to try some of their other menu items to find out what their signature dishes are, as many sounded quite good. Each booth has its own table-side TV, so you can watch whatever sport your table desires. I happened to be with my aunt, mother and grandmother, so we just turned it off completely per their request, hah. Not sure if I would be a regular here, but it’s a nice sports bar addition to GB. Also, props to them for serving up a decent selection of Michigan brews!

Three stars sounds about right for this location. We’ve been here about 3 times now, and I can fairly say that our first visit was our best one. The pizza that we ordered, traditional deep dish(large only, base price starts at $ 11.99; each subsequent topping is $ 1.75 each) was deep enough to be considered deep dish, and the balance in toppings and cheese was even. Fast forward to our most recent visit where we added an appetizer. In this case, we opted to get their kale and artichoke dip($ 9.59). Portion was fair and taste was okay. It was too creamy and the cheese didn’t really do much for it unfortunately. The separation of the cheese from the cream mixture was kind of gross actually. Most of the dip contained artichoke hearts, and barely any kale. We felt ripped off. Pita chips that they gave were of the deep fried variety, but not consistently fried in each bite, so some that we bit into were very soggy. Our first pizza that we ordered had 4 toppings, so we dialed it back a little and went with a two-topping chicken and spinach deep dish. When it came out, it wasn’t even close to the same size as our first one, and the crust wasn’t crispy. Depth of the pizza probably had something to do with it, which is unfortunate. We paid for a deep dish, but honestly, it came out like a square traditional. Consistency needs to be worked on here, as the Northville location that we’ve been to countless times nails it on the head each time. We do like their selection of craft beers, though the bar seems small for the size of the restaurant. In spite of all that, I will still come back. The wait staff is largely composed of mostly women and they all look kind of panicked. Nonetheless, they are still very nice and friendly and offer good service. I just hope that the next time we come back that the pizza is back to the way it was our first time. That was gooood. :)
