Edible Arrangements

Not bother ordering from here. I have been ordering from Edible Arrangements all over the country for years and this franchise is the worst. I order for my father-​in-​laws 75^th birthday. He did not receive the arrangement on his birthday. I called the store the day after and I was told that they tried to deliver but he was not home and that they tried to call twice. I had dinner with him that evening and I know he was home and I checked his phone and there was not missed calls. They lied. The arrangement was delivered the next day after I called. He received a «Mothers Day» balloon instead of a «Happy Birthday» balloon even though the card clearly stated «Happy 75^th Birthday!»
I called today to complain, I was asked if I wanted another balloon and some more fruit. I told him no just to refund the balloon and I felt it was fair to refund the delivery charge. I would refund part because they did delivery, even though it was late and they lied about it. Never again.

We have ordered from this location many, many times. Their product is always fresh, and their staff is is good as it gets… friendly, detailed, willing to go the extra mile.
The owner is there frequently and it is obvious that she hand selects her employees and sets high expectations and is a great example for the young people working for her.
This location is professional and excellent all the way. A real asset for the Grand Blanc/​Flint community!
