Grand Blanc Storage

I stored my 22′ pontoon at this facility last year as a last resort because every other closer storage facility to Holly was already filled. Now I know why.
1. The prices here are about 10.00 more than other surrounding places.
2. The locked gate was inoperable and left open for days due to
maintenance/​replacement leaving everyone’s property vulnerable to theft.
3. Site was constantly being torn up or worked on leaving trailering our pontoon in and out dificult due to slabs of asphalt torn up and uneven/​rutted gravel.
4. The enclosed fencing is not complete with a two track opening in the back which again leaves everyone’s property vulnerable to theft.
5. At some point during the fall/​winter months someone attempted to steal our pontoon by breaking the tongue lock off the trailer and then trying to connect the trailer to a hitch which bent the lock pin but did not allow them to connect to the trailer successfully. When addressed with the site manager they refused to reimburse us for the damages done to our locks and trailer.
This actually worked out in our favor as we found that a closer facility now has an opening and we will no longer be doing business with Grand Blanc storage. I would not recommend this storage facility to anyone.

Stopped in for a same day truck rental to move a refrigerator we had purchased. Guy at the desk was helpful and friendly and took care of the rental in a timely manner. Decent rates and the 10′ truck was in good order, no issues or concerns.
