My daughter and I came here for pedicures. Holly F. Was friendly and interacted well with us. The other(Mandy) could NOT be bothered to interact more than 1 – 2 words at a time despite repeated attempts by the three of us to engage her. She just wasn’t the least bit friendly; odd considering the career choice! The place is poorly supplied. This is odd since I heard students complaining that tuition has risen over one thousand dollars in the last year. They didn’t have any pumice stones. «They only order a few at a time and we hardly ever have them», agreed both students. There was a distinct possibility that we’d need to share an emery board(think the small flimsy type given out at parades). However, they finally found one downstairs(you guessed it «all out of» these too. I’m unclear why it was needed since they failed to file either of our nails. They also didn’t push back out cuticles or remove/trim them. Both students mentioned that the chemicals are low end as well. The perm solution«is like from the 80’s. It works ok, but it smells really strong for days». Most concerning, at NOTIME did either instructor check on either of our students nor inquire about our satisfaction. All in all, you generally get what you pay for. However, it sounds as tho the students pay a large amount to NOT have the supplies or instruction and supervision they deserve.
