I’m torn on how to rate my visit. While I didn’t see ALL of what the others were complaining about in here, I did see how it happens. To start, the guy at the counter greeted me well, accurate order too. The food did take a long time to come while I was the only customer here at the time. The floor was clean, tables and counters too, but I did overhear the manager say it was a slow day. As to how the issues the others complained about… it’s a management issue. She was running interviews while I was there, being quite rude to the interviewees as her focus was not on them. She was too busy complaining to her potential new hires about how everyone was standing around… WASTINGEVERYONE’S TIME! These were the most unprofessional interviews I’ve ever seen. Probably an issue with how she was trained. As she stopped each interview to yell at her employees or just bit ch about them, she made me uncomfortable to even eat there. Glad I wasn’t applying here. Towards the young black male she interviewed for 5 minutes, obviously dismissing him. The white guy afterwards got at least 15 minutes with her. The atmosphere is tense and not a fun place. I wouldn’t return here.. let alone work here. Good luck guys(if you ever hear from her as she spent a lot of time explaining why she only calls good applications back).

Definitely one of the worst Taco Bell locations I’ve ever been to. In contrast to most Taco Bell restaurants, it is dirty, slow and the food, while your garden variety TB fare in certain respects, is inconsistent. Sometimes it is cold or smashed together, other times it is scorching hot to the point of burning the roof of your mouth. Some level of consistency probably would be nice. You know what else might be nice? If they cleaned off the tables once in awhile! The floor is sticky and us littered with straws, napkins, food debris, and spilled drinks. Ps is you are in a hurry, do not go here. They take forever to fill a freakin order. Don’t hit the drive –thru, either, bypass it altogether. Dine in or drive-thru– either one, it is going to be a long wait to get your food, maybe 20 minutes or so, perhaps longer if you are in a line of even just one person in front of you ordering nothing more complicated than nachos bel grande.

Waited 30 minutes to get a Quessidilla. Pretty incredible. At least they forgot my sauce.

Don’t come here if you want something quick. 39 mins from order to window. Needed something quick and this was a bad decision.

Normal franchise food but the drive through service here was sub-par at best. They screwed up our order and I had to go back in TWICE to rectify it. PITA What’s the point of «fast food» if it takes me 15 mins to get the right order?
