This Buffalo Wild Wings used to be top notch with great food but it seems as if it’s fell victim to the«Grand Island disease,» which means 0 quality control, 0 pride in their work. My kids took me here on Father’s Day because except for the last couple times the Boneless Wings were awesome. This time when I ordered them, they were stale, cold and no sauce on most of them. Our server told me «Next time you need to order them wet.» I’ve been to many other Buffalo Wild Wings and ordered them as I did here, and they were made correctly. I guess the kitchen staff can’t comprehend a simple menu. I don’t think I will be back here.

The food is okay, just like all the BWW’s but the service here is very poor. It’s one huge room so it’s very crowded and loud. It looks like there are tons of servers but none of them seem to be doing anything except talking to each other at the hostess and drink stations.

Web site say they close at 1 and last call is at 11:30. Seams strange! With 30 people left in the bar.

Had to interrupt hostess conversing with servers to get a seat. Sat at bar, attentive bar tender(which kept this from being a 1 star review) greeted me, then I consumed s~#tty food and a choice from the s~#itty beer selection. Will never go again!

Walked into the restaurant and sat at a high top I asked the waitress for a menu, then the manager approached me and asked if I had been consuming alcohol during the day, In which I replied truthfully no. He stated they would serve me food only. I not sure what I did by walking into the restaurant to prompt this treatment but I wouldn’t recommend going here.

We stopped in At Buffalo Wild wings for a quick adult Beverage when we were in Grand Islands Nebraska. Would have eaten except we were still full from lunch so downed a frosty cold one. Our Waitress Tayler was really good explaining the menu and the different drink specials that were going on. Very quick on getting our drinks and very friendly. Could see where she would make a great Manager for the place. We will be going back again next time we are in GI, NE.

Nothing spectacular here except the service. The food was average along with every other Buffalo Wild Wings. My server, however, was on top of her game last night!

Well, you should definitely pay attention to the star rating on this one. Food was of course decent, but the service was absolutely horrible. The waitstaff simply could not keep up with a group of less than ten, forgetting one order, then being unable to follow directions when two tickets needed to be run on the same card.

This place is like chachkies. Overpriced wings and beer. An order of wings and a couple beers will run you over 20 bucks.

Idk why people have had such bad experiences here I’ve been here more then a few times and every time it’s a good experience the manager is super nice once I got honey BBQ wings for my son and they came out spicy the manager apologized and gave us a new small boneless for my son with the right sauce and a free ice cream for my son every time we go the service is good maybe I’m just going at the right times idk over all for me it’s always a good experience

Tonight we went here after a ball game. Service was horrible, checks all messed up which are all things I can deal with. My problem is the waitress brought an itemized receipt for us that was 54 dollars took our card brought back just a copy to sign for 69– I said something she argued and I asked for my itemized copy back– she said she threw it away. I tried to complain to the manager who was instantly defensive and told me I did not know how restaurants worked and that is how it’s done. Long story they charged my card twice and I will be contacting my credit card company tomorrow:(

Wasn’t acknowledged when we walked in. Hostess looked at us several times and didn’t say anything. She Did not have a pleasant demeanor. A family walked in and she immediately asked them how many were in their party and I had to step in front. Took a long time for them to take our order. Appetizers of soft pretzels were hard and cold.

I give this place two stars for many reasons. BWW is never very good no matter where you go, but this one was the worst I’ve been to. You can always expect the food to be sub par at any BWW that you run across, so the mediocre food wasn’t a surprise. The service was slow and inattentive. I watched many people near me have to ask several times for things like napkins or their checks. The only reason this place gets as high as two stars is because they have a decent beer selection, a nice manager, and nice TVs. Stay away from here if you can.

Jody is one of the worst bartenders ever. Did not pay attention to most customers but managed to talk in excess to several. I love BWW but I can’t stand when the staff ignores the customers.

Customer Service is horrible here. Two different managers walked by our table several times with not stopping or even smiling. Female manager was at back POS system hugging male waiter. She was whining and acting like a teenage brat. Very unprofessional. After we got our food waiter never came back. Waited over 20 minutes after done eating to get our ticket and that was after i had to stop the mgr to ask for some service. Then waiter made a snide comment about my complaint of waiting to long for ticket. Food was good but Service was absolute worst. Managers and wait staff clearly don’t care and would rather not be working. Do not eat at this specific BWW. I cant tell you how big of a joke our waiter and the manager was.

More than just wings… Been here quite often the last few weeks traveling for work. I haven’t had the wings for the last 3 weeks and have been trying out new things. Asian Zing salad is probably an all time favorite right now. I don’t use any additional dressing but the dressing provided is tasty when I gave it a small try. Always great service in the bar area… Ashley works mon-Thur over lunch and is a great personality. Have fun!!!

This BWW is a hit and miss, depending on the servers on duty. The food is always standard BWWs fare. Now back to the servers — sometimes it’ll take a server 10 minutes to get a beer on tap, even if there aren’t many other tables there. And getting a check and then paying it and getting the receipt to sign could take 20 minutes or so. If I’m leaving, I’m probably not going to order more food/drinks and spend more money, so just get me my check please.

Upon arriving were not greeted and stood at the entrance only to wait while the employees conversed about their night and finally put us at a table. Then we waited about 8 minutes before anyone came to give us a menu or get a drink order. Waitress Dacia was very unfamiliar with the menu. Looking at this from a business prospective the workers are being lazy an doing more talking then working. And to the manager for future reference hire people that look for opportunities and not excuses

We loved this place. We pulled into our hotel parking lot(the Marriott Fairfield INN) and right next door was the BWLD. It hit the spot. We were starving. The food was served promptly, clean and the staff was courteous and professional. I think we’d go again if we were in the area.

If you are not afraid of loud music, lots of conversations going on at several dozen tables around you and eating lots of finger food options that are really good, but probably not that good FORYOU, maybe a trip to Buffalo Wild Wings new location in Grand Island Nebraska will suit you. We rolled into Grand Island about 6PM on the last leg of our vacation coming home from Yellowstone National Park. It was gaspingly hot(102 degrees) and we were tired of sitting in our car. So after checking into our hotel we headed across the parking lot to Buffalo Wild Wings. No one could face even one more minute in the car on this hot, muggy day to venture further afield for dinner! The place was jumping and filled nearly to capacity but they found us a four top in a corner, brought us tall cool ones and menus quickly. With the heat, I wasn’t interested in a lot of food so chose to order four Chicken Tenders with honey BBQ sauce and a nice order of crispy french fries. The sauce had just the right amount of kick and I sat back and watched the kaleidoscope of mostly young people having a good time. Hubby and Grandson #2 ordered burgers and fries. Sis ordered a grilled chicken salad. All food was fresh and satisfying. Service was friendly but our waiter disappeared from time to time for fairly long stretches. He looked very busy, as were all the servers, but when it was time for the check, I waved him over and we headed out the door to relative quiet and more stifling heat. Looks like, if this experience was any accurate indication, Buffalo Wild Wings has found another successful location.
