Grumpy and unreliable.
Following a death in the family, I reached out to Olson Auction for help liquidating the assets of my aunt’s estate. My initial call went directly to Darrell Olson’s (the owner’s) voicemail. I left a message yet did not receive a call back. I called again two days later and got through to Mr. Olson, only to have him tell me he needed to call me back. Once we finally connected, he came off almost annoyed and spoke over me multiple times when I was explaining my family’s situation. Shrugging it off, I set up a time for Mr. Olson and I to meet at my aunt’s house to review her belongings. The day of the meeting, I confirmed the time with Mr. Olson over the phone. Our meeting time came and went… no Mr. Olson. I call him 45 minutes after our meeting was supposed to start and he answered his phone and acted confused stating «his guys» must be en route. After waiting another 30 minutes, I concluded that Olson’s must be too busy to help my family in this time of need. I’m giving my business to YAP or Cornwell.
