Sleep Inn

This hotel was very clean. Beds are newer and nice. Shower was good for a hotel nice water pressure. It is about ten miles off the interstate but worth the drive.

Rooms are clean and beds are comfy and updated. Breakfast wasn’t horrible but not for the picky person or gluten people. Rooms have so much furniture and are so small you open the door and it hits something so you can’t roll a suitcase in. There isn’t an elevator so you get the pleasure of lugging up your suitcase along with the baby in our case. Disappointed that they have showers only… absolutely not a bathtub in the place! Pool was to cold for the adults let alone the kids. And the maids are definitely banging on your door by 8am! Let’s just say if our room wasn’t a prepaid non-​refundable reservation we would have gone elsewhere.

DO NOT STAY HERE!!! Overpriced, not very clean & it stinks. The thinnest walls you can possibly imagine makes it so you hear everything everyone’s doing and don’t even think you will be getting sleep. If you did, the maids will be banging on your door at 7 am on Saturday morning to clean your room and vacuum while talking to each other as loudly as possible. Like I said just don’t stay here.

I stayed at the Sleep Inn during the Nebraska State Fair. I’m sure prices were inflated due to the fair being in town, as all hotels were sold out by the time we decided to plan our trip. We ended up paying $ 145 for one night, which was WAY overpriced for this hotel. The hotel was musty smelling, and although it looks like the rooms were remodeled recently, they were done so cheaply. The fan function on the A.C. didn’t work, so instead of having the fan run all night, it kicked on an off. Typically, this would be fine, except we wanted the fan on to drown out the noises outside of our room. The walls were very thin, be prepared to overhear conversations at normal volume in the rooms above and to the sides of you. I suppose staying here is better than camping in a tent, but other than that, I can’t recommend it.

Very friendly staff. Comfortable, clean rooms. Usually have problems with keys.
