Pretty good coffee in a quaint restored old building. The reason I decided to write a review is because when I arrived their internet was down. Unfortunately the owner/staff did not want to let me instruct her on how to turn her wireless router and modem off and back on, but she immediately called IT support before I even ordered my coffee. IT support arrived and power cycled the wifi in about 10 min which I found impressive. Additionally the owner checked in on me to make sure the wifi was working well, very nice woman. Felt bad she probably got charged to power cycle her wireless router… Also, each time I’ve been to this place the average age in there is about 50(including employees, likely the explaining the fear of technology above) so don’t go here if you’re looking for a cool/young/hip coffee shop full of hipsters programming on their macbook pros.

My fiancé enjoyed it here. He is a coffee drinker, I am not. He said if he lived in Grand Junction that be could see himself coming here on a regular basis. We both loved that the proceeds go to charity. They also have cute gifts for sale.

A beautifully restored house with excellent drinks. The chai was to die for(loads of whipped cream on top so be sure to ask for something different if you don’t like this.) The girl working the day we went was so friendly. The great news is that this place is affiliated(or run by, not sure which) a hospice care facility. So your visit benefits people who really need it.

Agree with Danica and Patrick about the«feel good» part of this place with proceeds going to the Hospice. Coffee was OK — fair trade and organic — the volunteer tapped both airpots of «medium» coffee and she gave me a lukewarm cup of oldish coffee, so I asked for a fresh cup. Normally I would take a star off for that, but given she is a volunteer and the nature of what they are doing here, I’ll let it slide(just this once!). Such a cute little coffee shop, for some reason reminds me of Miss Marples back home and I was kinda thinking a lady would bring me out warm fresh scones, jam and cream. Free wifi here as well. There is also a meeting room for groups which was being used while I was there. Lots of seating and on a nice warm day, it would be cool to sit outside on the patio or the surrounding grounds/parks.

This is a quaint little coffee shop run by Hospice Care Colorado, and provides some basics for a small store. They have plenty of seating and the shop is always staffed by friendly volunteers. The coffee is all fair trade and readily available, or they can whip up espresso drinks as well. They have plenty of local pastries, scones, muffins, and the donuts are delish. in addition, all proceeds go towards a hospice center. We stop into Cups Coffee House each time we are in Grand Junction.

This place is do-gooder heaven, as Cups is owned by Hospice Care Colorado, the staff are mostly volunteers and«all proceeds… directly support the Hospice Child & Teen Center». The coffee(all fair trade) and espresso drinks are okay, not ground breaking but nothing to turn your nose up at. We bought a bag of day old pastries for $ 4 and they were better than most, not too sweet, though the scones were too dense for me to really call them ‘scones’. Everything from the light fixtures to the coat hooks to the sugar dispensers was chosen with palpable care and attention to detail. The interior epitomizes the word«charming» and with its good light, numerous wall outlets and spacious tables it is the perfect place to set up your laptop and relax into your work, and if you have a book club or meeting to organize there is also a small room off of the main one that is just waiting to welcome you in.
