Bicycle Outfitters was introduced to me by a long time Grand Junction local and customer. I chose to do business with them because every person I’ve spoken to or exchanged email with there is courteous, knowledgable, and professional. Their prices are competitive, they have the selection I needed, and have a generous return/​exchange policy that I likely won’t have to ever use (because we got it right the first time). I hope to visit one of their stores in person one day, but until then I happily do business with them from Austin, Texas (and we’ve got plenty of bike shops here so this should speak for itself).

When I have dreams about wonderful bike shops, they look a lot like Bicycle Outfitters. A great selection of sweet road and off-​road machines, and mechanics who will go the extra mile for you. Why? Because they love bikes.
So glad I stopped in today — if you are in town, give these kind folks a visit, you’ll be glad you did!

These guys know there sh*t. I have a good grasp of mt bikes and more often than not bike shops do maintenance senile, drunk grandmas. Not only is this shop on point but they will most likely help out on the spot. I don’t even live in GJ and drive 3hrs several times a year because I known they will save me time in the long run.

Great crew. Very helpful. Blaine is a knowledgable service manager and Tanner and Will are great mechanics. If you buy a bike here, expect free basic services for the life of the bike. All these guys ride a lot and can give you solid trail advice.

My wife and I recently retired to the Grand Junction area and have plenty of time to shop all the local bike shops. There are many great bike shops in this valley but we keep coming back to Bicycle Outfitters. The owner Brad bends over backwards with great service, great prices, and great selection. I’ve bought bikes here, had a bike built up here, and bought a lot of accessories here and over and over I am so impressed.

Brad and all the crew at Bicycle Outfitters are a great shop in the Grand Valley. They have amazing inventory and depth in bikes. If you want to try something or want to try a bunch of options while choosing your next bike, Bicycle Outfitters is definitely the place to go. The shop is also really supportive of local riders through sponsorship and have been very supportive of trail projects. Don’t buy online. Support your local bike shops because they support you!

I highly recommend this shop. Last week I rented 3 high end bikes from them for a day of riding up in the Ribbon/​Lunch Loops area south of town. During the ride one of the bikes was damaged (the brake lever broke). To make a long story short, there was a miscommunication between one of the techs and me over whether I needed to pay for the part. In retrospect, I was in the wrong and just should’ve paid, regardless of what was said. Despite this, the owner simply covered the cost and made things right. I will definitely use this bike shop anytime I am in Grand Junction. Their selection of high end bikes is amazing and their customer service is killer.
