We recently used Brothers Inspection for our home inspection and were very pleased. Setting up the inspection was easy and they worked around our tight schedule during the holidays without a problem. When we arrived for the inspection, we were walked through the house and able to discuss any potential issues and look over everything. The work was thorough and professional, with a great personal tough. A great team to work with!

I’ve used these guys on two separate occasions and can recommend them wholeheartedly. They are very thorough and go above & beyond industry standard practices. They openly disclosed conflicts of interest when they legally were not required to, and I really appreciated their forthcomingness and honesty.
I wish the photos in their reports were a higher resolution or clickable in the pdfs they provide, but that is just nit-​picking.
Based on my family’s experience, I would not hesitate to use Brothers’ Inspection for my next property inspection or real estate deal. Worth every penny.

Cody at Brothers Inspection has made the process of buying a town home in Grand Junction much easier and less stressful. After the inspection we have called him numerous times with questions and concerns. He always returns calls and is more than happy to help us out however he can.
