Sara is fantastic especially when it comes to men’s cuts. She does a awesome fade and has real attention to detail. I have been going to her since January and never a bad cut. I would recommend her to anybody.

Agree with below review the salon is going down hill. My wife and I stop here on our way through on our annual road trip. Been to this salon three times. This year was a sub par cut and color with an inflated price with inexperienced Stylist who took two times to try and get color right. My wife tried to give it a few days per the stylist reasoning it was because she has short hair. Never been to a salon were they would not offer you at least a partial refund. More than happy to pay the tip for the try and even partial cost. Owner was rude and very unprofessional. Plan to write aveda stating this is an unacceptable salon to be set up with the aveda standards. Poor service and color. We will not return.

I just moved to Grand Junction 3 months ago and was desperately looking for a nice salon. This place is wonderful! Kacee washed, cut, and styled my hair to perfection. I have very long hair and hadn’t really had a «style» in a while and was considering bangs… she talked me into taking ‘baby steps’ towards bangs, and gave me gorgeous layers at the front (and actually throughout) that look awesome. Kacee also gave an ah-​mazing scalp massage… to me this is the difference between a Cost Cutters and a real salon, and what makes getting a slightly more expensive hair cut worth it.
The ambiance of the salon is great too, and I was immediately offered a beverage (coffee, water, etc) when I walked in. It’s also clean and decorated very nicely and fits the ‘downtown’ feel. The overall service was great too… I waited about 1 – 2 minutes before Kacee came and got me, and waited about the same to check out. It’s moderately priced as well, $ 30ish for a hair cut, which to me is completely worth it to get a good one.
I don’t get my hair colored, so I have no opinion on color. I would highly recommend this salon for your hair cutting needs. I would also recommend making an appointment so you don’t have to wait, it was pretty busy (however, it was a Saturday). I can’t wait to go back in 3 – 4 months. :)

This salon is going down hill. I have been coming here for 5 years and the last few visits were pathetic. $ 140 for an ok highlight and a cost cutters hair cut. When I got home after my appointment my husband told me my hair was uneven in the back. This is from a man who has never noticed a thing about my hair.
During my haircut, the client in the next chair was smoking an electronic cigarette and blowing it all over the place. What happened to the clean, pure Aveda concept? This place is getting tacky and the quality of cuts is going down. Bummer.

I am pretty happy with the services I’ve received at Estilos. I was going to Jessika, but she is out on maternity leave, so now I’m going to Paul. Both have done a great job on my hair. Granted, my hair is very long, and I usually just great a trim or some layers put in, but they know how to cut my bangs correctly. I’ve also done color here, and it’s turned out great each time. I would recommend this place if you want a nice atmosphere with good stylists.

A couple of family members get their hair done here and they recommended a specific stylist to see. I had to schedule 2 weeks out and was given a reminder call which I confirmed. I showed up the next day to be told my stylist was already booked for my time. I tried telling them it was MY appt & they didn’t listen & pawned me off on a stylist who wasn’t busy. Halfway through my color MY original appointed stylist was wondering where her next customer was. No apologies & nobody asked to schedule a follow up. In fact the checkout girl didn’t even make eye contact thru the whole process!
