We just bought a grand Cherokee today from here and I have to say Heather from Internet sales rocks! She worked with me all day via txt since I live in Vail, co. She worked very hard to get the numbers to work with us which defiantly made the 2 hour drive to Grand Junction worth it! Anyone who asks where we got our Jeep from I will refer them to you!

Worst service for repair/oil change. I loved the man I bought my car from but he should move locations cause he’s the best part of that location. Every time I leave there I am pissed.

We were recently stranded in Grand Junction where our motorhome was temporarily stored, when our tow vehicle, a Jeep Grand Cherokee, would no longer set up to be flat-towed.(We had just successfully done it a month before.) Following the owner’s manual, step-by-step, the instructions which had formerly worked suddenly refused to do so. We called our hometown Jeep dealership, which couldn’t help as they, too, were following the owner’s manual. We went to the GJ Jeep dealership, and at first they, too, were mystified. However, Paul, the service advisor, was relentless in finding the answer. This, despite the fact that we were not from Grand Junction and had not purchased from them.(Not that it should matter, but sometimes it does, in today’s world.) Paul got right on the problem for us. The bottom line was: Jeep had completely changed the instructions when they did an electronics upgrade a few weeks before, and had not informed customers or dealerships. We have Paul at Grand Junction Chrysler/Jeep/Dodge to thank for getting us on the road, because he would not give up without discovering the answer and downloading the new instructions for us. We realize these Unilocal reviews are subjective. And in our personal experience and opinion, the Grand Junction dealership deserves double the 5 stars.

i bought my 2002 dodge truck new from these folks. I took it in when it over heated and they could not diagnose what was wrong. I have never done any personal maintenance on the vehicle, I have always had it done by them. They had the nerve to tell me that the system plugged because I put the wrong antifreeze in it and stop leak. Interesting since I have never worked on it and they had done all of those services. This is after they had replaced the heater core… Didn’t fix it The Radiator… Didn’t fix it Ripped off the heads… didn’t fix it Ripped out the dashboard… Couldn’t find the problem… now the heater wont work… and they didn’t FIXIT… they said it must have been that way before? Tab at this point $ 4,000 Went to private garage in town…$ 200 replaced a reservoir a sensor and a fitting and a hose… plus reattached the steering fluid reservoir, which mysteriously fell off(Remember who removed the heads?) was not Grand Junction Chrysler fault… FIXEDIT… Except for the heater because its a five hour job to remove the dashboard to get to the vent flap… Lets see who removed my dashboard before oh yes the jerks at Chrysler but of course that’s my fault according to them.
