We were on vacation in Ouray, CO and our rzr had a problem where it wouldn’t go over 10 mph. We tried to find dealer/​mechanic closer but either didn’t have the part or didn’t answer the phone. We called and talked to Ace in the service department and he said to bring it in and he would take care if us that day. He warrantied the part and they got us done that day and fixed other things they found. Price was beyond reasonable. Our vacation was saved. Worth the drive!

They have a new service manager and a new business manager, and guess what happened the other day? They actually called me when my part came in! You could have knocked me over with a feather. First time ever in over five years! Woohoo! Could they have stumbled upon the idea that their customers are important to their business? Anything’s possible.
