Drop you off at whatever hotel with the same name but don’t confirm it is the right hotel! Not ok! Make sure and check your hotel before they leave or you are charged! Their screw up is your fault.

Horrible customer service. If you call ahead and reserve a taxi for a specific time, they put «immediate call in requests» ahead of you and tell the customer that planned in advance that they’re going to be 45 min late. They could have called me to let me know that they bumped me and that they’d be late, but no. I only found this out when I called to see where they were. That’s not the way to run a successful taxi service. Time to try another option than K2.

If I could give no stars I would! These idiots told me my address doesn’t exist. Funny the other cab companies, über, and many food delivery places have no problems finding my house. I guess if my address doesn’t exist either does my cold hard cash.

Booked them for 5 am. To get to the airport for a 6 am. Flight they were on time and called me when they arrived I would use them again. Driver was nice also. Made the flight just fine.
