Usually going to the DMV is something you dread. So when I had to go to Mesa Co DMV, I was expecting the worst. However I was pleasantly surprised with the very quick and friendly service. Charlayne assisted me with a bright smile and determination. I, an office assistant, was getting new tags for a company vehicle, however I had failed to get a copy of the insurance card for the vehicle and was 35 miles away from the office. Charlayne tried several different avenues to track down proof of insurance without luck. She finally thought of calling the company where the vehicle was purchased, got a copy of the insurance and processed the paperwork. Way to go the extra mile Charlayne.
