Ron, represented us through a very complicated high end foreclosure purchase. He was on every small detail, present during the inspection, and excellent in communicating with the bank and it’s representative. His speed and accuracy in producing the necessary documents quickly meant we were first in line and able to out maneuver several other very determined buyers, avoid a bidding war and still get a home at an excellent price. His knowledge both of of water rights and construction were very useful to us. We will definitely use Ron again for any purchase or sale and would not hesitate to recommend him to our family, friends and anyone in need of a very good realtor. Ron will not waste your time.
