It’s a Schlotzsky’s! Interior seems to have been untouched since opening. The Olives cans are severally sun faded as you walk in, and throughout. Hot sauce and olive oil bottles look new.
Service is what the rating deserves, and food was good. Not discouraged to return, but a shot of TLC may help.

I honestly believe that they only hire incompetent people here just to ruin my lunch experience. While I love the food there, I hate having to pay a large sum of money just to sit in a line for 15 minutes to receive my sandwich.

This place used to be good, although still tough to justify the price for a deli sandwich. Nowadays it’s blah food, still overpriced, with the addition of a rude staff. Today they charged me $ 1.99 for an ice water. I asked about it and the fool behind the counter told me «it’s for the cup.» Oh, good to know. I’m never coming back. I hope they close for good next time and allow for something better to take up the real estate.

When you go through the drive thru, you are faced with names only of all of their meals (and no descriptions of what is on anything). When I have asked what is on many of the items, I am asked to wait a moment while they check with someone before they can provide me the information. Then when I pulled through to pay and asked for a to-go menu for ordering next time, she told me that they did not have any. Could you make it any harder for people to order? And if you are going to make it that hard, at least have informed employees to help customers out in the drive thru. The food is considerably over-priced and combine that with the lack of menu details and I’ll just keep driving by Schlotzky’s every time.

The sign says they are closed because of a fire, but newspapers are piling up outside and there is no work being done. I think they may be out of business.

2 combo meals cost 23 bucks. WAY overpriced. The Original sandwich was all right. Nothing super unique. If the price wasl lower I would like it more… hehhehe. lol…;))

Reviewing another chain operation. Tasty food, fast service, clean environment. One huge downside… when the cashier gives you your cup for your drink (self-service fountain) she sticks her fingers inside the cup when she hands it to you. I asked for a second cup and pointed her habit out to her. Later she did it again to another customer. Not very hygienic. I’ll go back, but keep an eye on the cashier when she give you your cup.
