The service is garbage, the wait time is horrendous, and their equipment is crap. I’ve had to return Multiple different pieces of equipment like chargers and speakers because they almost always fail. I’m getting real sick of 25 minute wait times every time I go in there.
I’m currently sitting here waiting for service, I was told 15 minutes, its been 25 and I keep watching the employees texting on their phones and chatting instead of helping customers waiting.
