Excellent ribs! Truly the best I have ever had. Nice selection of sides, the corn cakes(corn bread slice) was a nice sweet way to end the meal too. Nice atmosphere, with picnic tables and down home farm décor. Friendly staff and a great selection of sauces to add to your BBQ. They have ribs, pulled pork, brisket, wild boar sausage, pork loin, chicken wings, baked beans, coleslaw 3 different kinds, corn bread cakes, Mac n cheese, and more. They have daily specials of course depending on the day and student specials for high school students. Very excited for this restaurant in grand ledge!/

Holy Brisket! First off, I’m grateful this isn’t the usual«cookie cutter» type BBQ restaurant; I’d rather you run out of quality food than serve up mass produced food; if I wanted that, I’d go to Smokey Bones or Famous Dave’s. With that being said, I’m addicted to the brisket, beans, and slaw, my girlfriend is addicted to the tater salad and my Dad is currently in rehab as a result of the corn cake. There hasn’t been anything I’ve had off your menu that I couldn’t eat. Good variety of sauces that are all labeled on the bottle; of course the XXX gets my vote every time. I do like the mix between the giant picnic tables and regular table seating; definitely nice for the larger groups. The service has always been good and I have witnessed on multiple occasions where the service team, including the owner, have not only described menu items but offered samples to new customers. I’ve heard NOTHING but good things about the ribs but I can’t stop ordering the brisket to get them for myself. Having lived in Texas for 2 years, being raised on my Grandmothers Southern cooking, and spending time in Nashville, I feel like I have a pretty good grasp on what good BBQ tastes like and this is it! Being a long time customer(since the BBQ trailer), I have NEVER had anything served dry, cold, or received poor service. It’s great to see customers lined up to the door for a local business. Price for the quality of food is good/fair… 3 slices of brisket, which I think your menu says is a ½ pound for $ 8.00, side is about $ 4, and Drink… I’m usually full and out the door somewhere around $ 14,

Visited Crossroads for the second time this week and I’m so pleased to see such a great business here in Grand Ledge. They just opened September 25th and they are really humming along for a new business. Plenty of tables inside and I really love the rustic atmosphere. Service has been fantastic and they are more than willing to answer any questions you might have about the menu or sides. Now about the food. We’ve tried the Brisket, pulled pork, and rib tips. All have been off the charts great. Simply delicious and you can’t go wrong with anything from what I’ve sampled. I’ve tried the sides of baked beans, creamy slaw, potato salad, and cheddar mac & cheese, and can’t say enough about how tasty they are. Perfect complement to the BBQ. We have been blessed to have quite a few outstanding dining options in the downtown Grand Ledge area and Crossroads is a perfect addition!

Great BBQ, weird ambiance. It’s like a cool BBQ food truck pulled up to a high school lunch room. We had the pulled pork, which was great! Moist on the inside, dry and done on the outside with a good smoke ring. Cheesy taters are ok, could use some salt. Pricey, but it’s BBQ, it’s all about the meat. The lighting is very bright and florescent. I’d turn that way down. Get WiFi for crying out loud, and complete the sparse wainscoting. It’s difficult to order with no menu(it was being retooled), and it seemed like a lot of stuff was out of stock for a 12 noon lunch. I talked with the big guy(manager? Owner?) and he was very nice and receptive. I hope they’re able to pick up the swing and stick around. The food is great!
