Good, not great burger place. I’d give it 3.5 stars if I could. Counter service and a drive thru like fast food place but a step up from that. Teriyaki burger had thinly sliced ham, nice bit of teriyaki glaze, pineapple ring, & lettuce. Free caramelized onions or sliced fresh jalapenos. The Shields date shake was a nice novelty. They take fresh dates, grind them up, freeze them and mix them in vanilla ice cream. It was kind of spendy and hard to taste the dates. You do get 5% off if you’re staying at Great Wolf Lodge. Good kid stuff selection at under $ 2.50 an entrée.

I’ve eaten here for both breakfast and lunch during our stay at GWL, and I will go back again before we leave. Our burgers were hot and juicy, the bacon was crisp, vegetables fresh, and fries cooked perfectly. For breakfast our burritos and pancakes were equally delicious. Both times the bill left me smiling. This is a fantastic joint with terrific food and excellent prices.

Reasonable prices, perfect execution! We wanted a good sit down restaurant near Great Wolf Lodge in centralia, and this was perfect. This place is immediately next to the Chevron gas station that shares the same parking lot with the great wolf Lodge resort. We went on a Tues night at 530pm, and there was no line, no waiting. Burgers were $ 5 – 8 and there were good specials on sandwiches and combos, all very reasonable. Kids meals were $ 4+. We ordered 2 different burgers, and they both were perfectly cooked, huge and tasty. A little bit messy though, but both my men are picky and said their burgers were delicious. I had a chicken fajita? Fiesta? Salad. The salad was fresh, generous pieces of avocado, black beans, corn, colored strips of chips, etc. Chicken was grilled perfectly and seasoned well, and $ 10& was enough for me to fill me for lunch, and leftovers for dinner. Healthy fresh and yum! We ordered a side of tots, and they filed up a paper boat to the top with 40+ tots! Enough for 2+ people. I heard the breakfast was amazing and inexpensive and we will definately eat there instead of paying for expensive resort buffet. They had a sit down Area with limited tables and lots of booths. You ordered & paid at the counter, and they called out your number when ready. Not exactly table service, but comfortable enough to sit down and eat. Highly recommend!

Rude!!! Ate one bite. order was wrong. Kindly mentioned it then was told half of it was ate so they weren’t going to fix it. Lady who took them back LITERALLYROLLEDHEREYES. THENSENTYOUNGERGIRL to inform us. It was not even at our table for 2 mins. Told them we’d pay for a new one cuz they were so rude it was uncomfortable to be there. They replaced it. But probably should find better employees.

My family and I stayed at Great Wolf Lodge and decided to eat here because they share a parking lot. The burger I ordered was very good but could have used a little more seasoning. The fries were good as well as my daughters chicken stripes. Everything is ordered separately so no «meals» meaning, you have to order fries/sides and drinks separately. We didn’t know this at first so we had to order twice. The cashiers seemed a bit clueless and spacey but that didn’t effect the food. Pretty good overall. Will go back again.

Pretty good food. Delicious shakes and onion rings. This is self serve but the food came super fast. So I would totally go back again. The portions are big and greasy so don’t go here if you want something healthy. They also have kids menu which is always good. The washrooms were clean and maintained.

Stopped here after a long day of Pickleball tournaments at the hub. Was exactly what we were looking for, good sized juicy burgers and plenty of Fry’s with all the sauce you could want. Staff was friendly and social. I had the double claim burger with ghost pepper Jack cheese. Nummmmy! Had a nice heat to it. If I’m in the area again we will stop by.

We stopped in with our kids and some friends ordered the food and the it all went bad. The order was wrong several times, there was mold(yes mold) in the apple juice. The other customers were also complaining about the service. We will never go back to this establishment.

If your ever staying at the Great Wolf Lodge, and looking for a place to eat, definitely turn around and go back to the Lodge. The selection here is your basic burger and fries joint. Nothing impressive! Upon arrival the décor was decked out with a mining theme cabin, where the menu is placed on top by of the cashier. I ordered the fish burger, and I asked for tarter sauce on the side. The cashier failed. My fish burger was smothered in it. A simple task seems impossible with this place. Everyone around us face some kind of mishap from rotten apple juice to cheese on a hamburger and missing items. So if you have the patience to deal with this kind if BS then head on over to Burger Claim, where the chances of them getting your order right is slim, with a side of greasy food. I seriously left this place food still stuck in my chest

I initially left a good review, stating that this place is a good option if you are staying at Great Wolf Lodge. It’s affordable and fast. We had good service and found it to be clean. The burgers were fresh but the buns were obviously packaged. 7 hours have passed since our lunch and our stomachs still hurt. My entire family feels sick! Suddenly, the overpriced Great Wolf Lodge food sounds like a good option.

Went here this weekend and the food was pretty bland. The servings were huge and my group and I ended up with quite a lot of food. Definitely more affordable than eating at Great Wolf, but wish it had been more flavorful.

Burger was good. I should have asked to be well done. I forgot I was in America. Canadian here. I had the specialty burger(Ghost burger) ghost pepper cheese. Jalapeños. Grilled onions. I had a egg over easy on the side. It was over hard but they corrected the order when I complained. Service is good. Really full. Fries were fresh hand cut. Too much food. Probably won’t eat here again but only cause I have a lot of choice. I prefer the Burger joint in town. The mom and pop style burger shack with a drive through. Forgot the name. Bees drive in or something

I have heard so many good things about Burger Claim and decided to check it out over my extended lunch break. The restaurant is decorated with a mining theme, and it really fits! There are lots of little things to catch your eye, not to mention shotgun shell lights strung up all over the place. Definitely a family-friendly atmosphere! The food was really good. Bring your appetite, because the portions are enormous and incredibly greasy(I wouldn’t want it any other way). I had a bacon cheeseburger with tots and it was PHENOMENAL. I couldn’t put my burger down, even as I felt my gut extend beyond my leggings waistband and into the Land of No Dignity. My husband ordered the Shaft, which is 1POUND of meat covered in melty cheese, neatly placed between two buns that will surely disintegrate amidst all that melty, greasy goodness. They offer breakfast as well(which I haven’t tried yet), and have lots of different options for sides(such as sweet potato fries!!). They get busy, so definitely plan for a little wait for your food. Being as everything is made to order, that should not be an issue for most. I would give five stars, but the women’s bathroom was pretty gross when we went.

Really good food! We fed 7 people(5 adults, 2kids) for $ 55. That’s is a steal! My husband is still raving about the teriyaki burger! Everyone loved their food and there wasn’t one complaint! Also, you can get all the fry sauce and ranch you want for no extra charge!

We stopped here for lunch and absolutely loved it! My husband ordered the two pepper burger and I ordered the gorgonzola burger. Both were so delicious and perfectly proportioned. My kids loved it as well and all 4 got something different and ate everything! The prices are outstanding as well. They have so many options to choose from, as well as gluten free options. The inside was crowded, it was worth but next time we will probably just do a pick up. We will definitely be stopping here again and will be out go to burger place from now on.

5 star food!!! Simply the very best burger you’ll EVER have! They have lots of truly Gluten-free options(separate prep & cooking stations). Fish & chips is good. 3 star service. Usually 5 star but I’ve had three 0 – 2 star experiences, all by the same employee… I have to say she sincerely apologized on our previous visit and it made all the difference in the world. Everyone has tough days. Couple of bonuses… they give a military discount & Bathrooms are ALWAYS clean!!!

Affordable, filling, and delicious. On a mini-vacation at Great Wolf Lodge in Centralia, WA and nearly fainted at the cost of food in the lodge. Fortunately we had overheard of(and noticed on our way in) Burger Claim right next door. In our rooms we also found a menu for Burger Claim and the food they offfered. It was simply calling to us to try it out. We walked in for breakfast and quickly realized this little roadside stop was more than it appeared. From the entry, you’re greated by a welcoming simple design — late western town, during a gold rush. From the imitation shotgun shell lights, to the bubbled lamp fixtures, the whole place felt like it was designed with passion and stuck tk the core theme. The menu… oh, the menu… so many good options. My wife and I ordered the Breakfast Burritos(on special), while we got each of our kids the Chuck Wagon Meals(ordered as full or ½ plate). The options for breakfast were simple, but full of flavor. Our breakfast burritos were ordered with sausage and bacon, mixed with eggs, hash browns, and bell peppers. An absolute mouthful of flavor! Our kids each received a sausage patty, eggs, bisket, and either hash browns or pancakes(one had hash, other had pancakes) The pankcakes were warm and fluffy, the eggs served by request(one child wanted scrambled, the other wanted over-medium) and the sausage was warm and juicy. Drinks were your typical fountain style, but made things easy to decide between soda, tea, milk, tea, coffee or water. The key element that sold me on this place, was that everything was made fresh to order, right in front of you. By far, a better meal than your traditional microwaved(made fresh) stops. Overall, the entire meal cost us $ 40(including tax and tip)… which was $ 30 cheaper than the overall cost of similar smaller meals at the lodge. If you’re hungry and want to save a buck while also getting a great value, definitely stop here. Our entire family gave it(4.5÷5)

This is definitely a place to come if you want hot delicious freshly made burgers and get away from the Great Wolf Lodge(trust me, after while you do). It’s so close to the water park so no need to get into your car. They give you a 5% discount if you tell them that you’re staying at Great Wolf. So you order at the counter and pick up there too. There’s pretty limited seating but when we went, it wasn’t too busy for lunchtime so we had an easy time finding seating. They have a kids menu and your kidling will be able to find something on it. You can order a sandwich only or a meal combo for a couple bucks more. The adults had the Sirarcha burger and the mushroom swiss burger. The burgers come in ¼ lb and ½ lb, ¼ lb was plenty for me. I like things spicy but actually liked the mushroom burger more. The jalapeño, sauteed onion and the pepper sauce seemed too messy for me and was actually not as spicy as I was hoping. The burgers come solo so we added sweet potato fries and onion rings. The onion rings were a bit too greasy for me, but the sweet potato fries were on point. I definitely recommend getting those as a side. This place is pretty awesome… yeah it’s kitschy inside but if you want hot, fresh food with delicious flavor, reasonably priced, friendly staff and clean interior, you have to come here.

Before heading home with my family from Great Wolf Lodge(which is literally right next door to Burger Claim) we decided we needed to get some food. Based off of the outside, I couldn’t tell if this was a sit-down kind of place, or your regular«order at the counter» deal. I guess you could say it was a mix of both, but you do have the option to-go. They even have a drive-thru, but knowing their process and knowing how long it takes to get everybody’s food, I’m not sure that would be the best option for the impatient. Burger Claim grinds all of their meat, and makes all of their patties fresh. They also give you the option to do chicken burgers instead of beef. They have lots of things that you can add to your burgers, like avocados, jalapenos, etc. Ordering is definitely not easy for the indecisive. Not only does everything on their menu sound great, but it’s a la carte style, so you have to order your side separate as well(all of their sides sound amazing, I was lucky enough to try four of them). I ended up being boring and just getting a ¼ lb cheeseburger with no tomatoes, no lettuce, extra pickles. Note for those who like pickles: the pickles here are THIIICK. They’re amazing. Get them. Get extra. Even though I started this off saying it was a boring order, it WASN’T. It was amazing. Better than any Dick’s burger I’v ever had. It didn’t leave me feeling like a greaseball and it satisfied my very American craving for that perfect cheeseburger. My family ordered: French Beef Dip, Bacon Mushroom Burger, and another cheeseburger. Everybody loved what they got and there were no complaints — which is rare. For sides, we tried the tater tots, loaded fries, onion rings, and regular fries. The tater tots were perfectly crispy but almost a little too salty for me. The onion rings were perfect as well, and I loved the batter they used. The regular fries were pretty good, but the loaded fries? Holy shit. The biggest order of loaded fries I’ve EVERSEEN. It was a meal in itself. It’s slathered in cheese, bacon, green onions, and like a ranch/sour cream sauce. They were amazing. The service provided at Burger Claim is pretty great as well, and they are genuinely interested in making conversation with you rather than just taking your order and shooing you on. In talking, we learned that Burger Claim just got voted #5 Best Burger in Washington, which is pretty cool! If you’re in the area, or staying at GWL, go to Burger Claim and skip the shitty hotel food. You’ll thank me later, and you’re welcome.

Stayed at GWL for a night and decided to check out Burger Claim after reading the Unilocal reviews. Just absolutely delicious! The food was outstanding — burgers were juicy and fresh, fries were crisp and fresh. The food is reasonably priced and it is directly next to the resort so you don’t have to lose your parking spot to go and eat off site. The only negative comment is the wait … 25 minutes for 2 burgers and 2 kids hot dogs. There wasn’t many mother patrons in the restaurant so I didn’t understand why the long wait. They also forgot the kids fries so we had to wait longer for them to make it. I did go into it knowing there would likely be a wait because everything is fresh. Will be back for more the next time we are in the area.
