Bounce N Beyond LLC

This business is almost laughable. How Bounce N Beyond operates is unbelievable, I would say it’s equivalent to my teenage son and his buddies running a business but that would be an insult to my son –_​-​. I can do the previous reviewer one better — they cancelled my already paid for bounce house rental the DAY OF my son’s party! Leaving me ZERO time to get another rental. In all my years of throwing birthday parties, I have to say this goes down in the history book of incompetence. Who makes such a blunder on such a simple business. To add insult to injury, they were JUST AS incompetent when it came to returning the money I PAID for NO SERVICE. Really??? I mean, with the internet and all — people still do this? My gosh. You pull a no show, was given the opportunity to save face… turn a bad thing around by returning my money promptly and you can’t even do that.
This business deserves far less than *, more like a negative * * * * *.

I would never do business with this company. My nieces grandmother won an event with them & had rescheduled for the 2^nd time (for my 7 year old nieces birthday party) & the day before they cancelled a 2^nd time yet still managed to do bounce n beyond parties elsewhere in the metroplex. A neighborhood full of kids invited & 24 hours before they cancel. Devastated 7 year old who had been planning & excited for months. What kind of company does something like this???

You may find a rental for less but you won’t find nicer people or cleaner bounce houses ! They brought this out on Easter Sunday and didn’t charge me anything extra. The unit arrived and he set it up and when he left I got in it to check the cleanliness of it. Let me tell you … Spotless ! I took my granddaughter to a birthday party two months ago and I didn’t want her to get in that bounce house. It was FILTHY ! The outside was gross but the inside was worse. So I am sold on this place for life because of cleanliness alone .
You get what you pay so don’t be shy about it being 20 – 30 bucks more then the other guy !
