I placed an order more than a week ago and they don’t know what they are doing. I ordered a animal stuffed and supposedly FTD(a third party company) was going to deliver it yesterday 04⁄16. The package never arrived yesterday. I called FTD and they could not find me in their system to call Deb’s basket. I called this morning and the owner was very rude asking me why i selected her company in texas when the shipping was to seattle. it looks that Deb’s baskets is a little local in texas and they don’t know how orders work online. she started asking me a lot of stupid questions that she as the owner should have known better than me. She doesn’t let you talk. She doesn’t have tact. If she doesn’t want people to place order out of texas should have put in her website ”if you live out of texas don’t please any order here” She stated that had a tracking number from fedex but never gave it to me. DONOTWASTEYOURMONEYINTHISCOMPANYJUSTBECAUSETHEYSELLCHEAP, CHEAPISTHECOMPANYANDALLTHE advices. Go to or other website that is more reliable and more popular. pay a bit more but no hassle, no poor service and no unprofessional owner.
