I think its a urban myth of being able to go into the DMV and actually getting in and out in under 30 min. This location is extremely hard to find, it’s located on the corner of the strip mall next to the head start facility. I would highly suggest you print out all of your documents and bring everything with you just incase. This helps the process go faster. Bring lots of entertainment with you and HEADPHONES!!! The individuals talking on the phone, kids crying, and more.

To get checked in isn’t a long process, but the wait seems a little ridiculous. I went on Monday morning to get my texas license. There weren’t that many people there, but I still had to wait a whole hour before my number was called. And there’s no tv or anything to keep yourself entertained while waiting. The staff weren’t all that friendly either. I would recommend going to a different location if you have the option, because it’s just boring here. =/

OMG, this place is the WORST! Only 2 windows open and people arrive faster than serviced so huge 3 hour wait. Also they assign RANDOM numbers for wait so you dont know how long the line is and cant leave or you wont know if number used or not. Would give 0 stars if could. Go to the one off eastchase in Arlington instead for much faster service.
