From start to finish of the rental process the staff has been very helpful. I completed the process with Keysha. She was very knowledgeable, walked me through each step, proved me options, and gave me a helpful map. This was my first experience renting storage space and she made it an awesome one. Good customer service is very hard to find these days.

I was very impressed with my experience at Extra Space Storage. Whitney was very helpful and patient as she walked me through the faculty showing me the space I considered renting. I appreciate her guidance as I tried to figure out the best size and location for the things I need to store. The faculty is clean and each time I have arrived, it is well lit and well maintained. I reserved using the Online Tool that helped me save a significant amount of money upfront and used the Call Center. The workers there were so pleasant, intelligent, I almost rather continue chatting with them — they were very cool.
When going to the actual location — Jennifer and Keysha were so helpful and patient with me while I decided on the actual unit I wanted. They carefully explained everything to me. They units were clean and secure. This is my first experience with storage and I have very impressed! Outstanding job to everyone who make Extra Space Great!!!
